Closing the door to your apartment room, you grabbed your keys and placed it between your fingers. Magnolia was known to generally be a safe city, but that didn't mean that it didn't have its share of trouble.

As a policewoman in training, you knew better than anyone else the dangers lurking around your city. Already you had saved lives from meeting a fatal fate. In fact, you had even earned the respect of police officers.

However, no matter how strong you were, you knew to always be cautious.

As you continued your walk, you noticed a group of men slowly following you. You cursed under your breath as your heart began to race.

Damn, I've got to find a more public place. Hopefully then they'll leave me alone.

Unfortunately for you, the day was growing dark, allowing an ominous atmosphere to settle around you. People were returning to the comfort of their home, but you were far from yours.

If only I had just one other police officer here...

Lost in your thoughts, you accidentally bumped into a large figure. He scowled as you looked down at you.

"Brat. Watch where you're going," he growled.

As you were about to reply (with some sass I may add), you inspected him closely. Was it possible that he could help you defend yourself? His large figure could intimidate them, not to mention his low, growling voice. He was definitely strong, as he was covered in muscle.

Feeling slightly uncomfortable under your stare, the man averted his gaze. You looked up at him with a smirk.

"Hey, I'm really sorry," you apologized, attempting to charm him into helping you. "It's just that...I'm being followed."

The man lifted one of his....eyebrows (if you could even call it that) in interest. Suddenly, a large grin appeared on his face.

"Hah, sounds like a fun fight to me. Where are they?" He asked as he began to crack his knuckles.

You smiled as well, grateful for his help. Turning around to face the incoming enemy, you prepared yourself to fight. "Don't worry, they'll be here any minute..."
