Mario looks into your eyes and faintly smiles. He looks happy, but his eyes are so, so sad.
You move your hand into his cheek and smile shyly. He leans in and kisses you, gently.
Mario pulls away quickly and looks down do his food and plays with his fork.
"Mario," you say lifting his chin up, "it's me isn't it?"
Mario starts to blush and avoids eye contact.
You move his chin so he's facing you, and you kiss him. At first he was surprised but then he kissed back.
You both pulled away, and smiled.
