Iwaizumi sighed as he ran a hand through his hair and stared at himself in the mirror. He was currently in the boys bathroom at school, hiding away from the world. His jaw clenched tightly as he remembered what happened earlier.

"Let's end this already [Name]."

"W-what are you saying Toru?"

"Look, I can't stand you right now okay? Your annoying and your feelings are suffocating me."

"How can you say that when your the one who confessed to me?"

"Yeah, well I regret ever doing that."

His hand gripped the edge of the sink, turning his knuckles white. When Oikawa had said those words to [Name] and she broke down into tears, that was the last straw with him. Everything had happened in a flash and the next thing he knew, he had already slammed Oikawa against the wall, anger bubbling up in him.

"How can you say that to her? After everything you put her through you've got some nerve Shittykawa!"

"I-Iwa-chan."

"You've been stringing her along all this time while messing with other girls and when you finally had enough you just want to throw her away like that?"

"E-enough Hajime!" 

"What are you saying [Name]? He-"

Iwaizumi bit his lip as he remembered the tears that fell down her cheeks and the heartbroken expression she had on her face before she ran off to god knows where. He closed his eyes as another sigh left his lips. He knew she would be crying her eyes out over Oikawa, someone who didn't deserve her, even if they were childhood best friends. It pained him to have Oikawa look at him with hurt but compared to what he did to [Name], Iwaizumi knew it would be a while before he could ever think about forgiving his best friend for what he did.  God, if she were ever to ask him to turn back time and stop Oikawa from confessing his feelings for her, he would do it in a heart beat. Then maybe, just maybe he could've confessed instead and she would be getting the love an attention she deserved.
