Keeping Secrets

Dex's POV-

I banged on the door to my mom's room angrily. Nobody was supposed to be in there. I could get into major trouble if anything was messed up in there.

Most importantly the bed.

Destiny was standing behind me, she put her hand on my arm.

"Dex maybe we shouldn't -"

"No no no, it's okay I'm just gonna get whoever it is out of here."

I banged on the door again. Destiny sighed, leaning against me. I got warm, I've never really had a girl I like this close to me before.

When it comes to chick bait, Henry had that category all locked up. I was so ready to take her to my room, lay her on my bed and satisfy every single one of the questions that have been floating around in my head ever since I met her.

But first I had to get these people out of my mom's room. When I knocked again, finally the door opened and... Henry poked his head out?!?!

"What the hell do you want Dex?!"

I was surprised, but then again this has happened before. With a girl named Bianca.

I wondered which unsuspecting hoe Henry got to sleep with him this time.

"Henry, man you have to take this somewhere else. You can't be in here."

I told him, jerking my thumb in the opposite direction.

Henry looked behind him and whispered something to the girl he was with.

I tried to take a peek inside, but Henry moved the door until it was almost closing.

What is he hiding?

I pushed Destiny away from me a little. She almost got upset.

"Dex why are you-"

"It's not you it's Henry. I don't want him to see you and get mad okay?"

Destiny nodded, then she looked over her shoulder.

"That's a good idea, I hope Char isn't hiding around here anywhere either."

It was a shame that we had to keep our feelings for each other a secret, but if we didn't want all hell to break loose it was better this way.

I was glad she understood. Henry cracked the door open again.

"I'll be out in a second."

"Henry-"

"I said I'll be out in a second alright!"

I backed off, Henry was vwry scary when he was angry.

"Fine, okay, just don't leave anything in here or I'm dead when my mom gets back."

Henry whispered something else behind him again. Who the hell is he talking to?

When he turned back, he was slightly calmer.

Did I miss something here?

I don't remember Henry telling me and Diego that he was bipolar.

"Look, Dex, I'm sorry just gimme a minute."

Henry then closed the door and I sighed.

Oh well, I'll figure him out later. Right now I had to do something way more important.

I grabbed Destiny's hand and led her down the hall to my bedroom.

Desiree's POV-

"You can't tell anybody."

"I know."

"Can I trust you?"

"Of course, I don't want Henry to find out either."

I was hesitant to let Diego kiss me.

Despite the fact that we were from two different worlds, I noticed he had a really big crush on Charlotte.

I asked him about it and he told me he was over her. I hoped he was telling me the truth.

We were in the coat closet by the stairs, it was dark I couldn't see Diego's face, but I could feel his hands on my waist and I could smell his earthy cologne.

I could get kicked out of our club if Charlotte found out about this. But Diego was so cute and funny... I just couldn't resist.

"I can keep a secret, okay?"

Diego reassured me. I took a small breath and quickly pressed my lips to his.

I never knew a boys lips could be so soft, they tasted slightly of beer and something else I couldn't put my finger on.

Diego's fingers slid up and down my spine, I could feel him getting hard through the front of my skirt.

He was such a good kisser, I never wanted it to end.

Charlotte's POV-

"We have to leave at different times or somebody might see us."

I chewed on my thumbnail nervously, that little run in we had with Dex a few minutes ago sent me over the edge with worry.

"Okay, you go first."

Henry pushed me towards the door.

"What? I don't wanna go first you go first!"

I grabbed his arm.

"Char, either way we have to get out of here! What difference does it make who goes first?"

I sighed, I knew he was right. If Dex migh came back, and then we'll really be caught.

"Fine, I'll go first."

I put my hand on the door knob, and tossed my curls back ready to leave out.

"Wait!"

"What?"

I turned back around again.

Henry stopped me to press his lips to mine in a quick kiss.

"I'll see you secretly tomorrow?"

I smiled, nodding.

"Yeah."

Henry smiled back, I then opened the door and peeked around before stepping out shutting the door behind me.

I was downstairs in a flash before anyone could see what happened.

Whew, that was a close one.

Since it was so crowded inside, I decided to get some fresh air outside to clear my thoughts.

I went out onto the porch and sat on the front step, sighing.

"Psst!"

I jumped, where had that sound come from?

I stood up and dust my ass off, venturing down the porch.

"Hello?"

"Over here!"

I heard someone whisper loudly.

Who is that? The voice was coming from somewhere in the backyard. I looked to the front door of the house again, before cautiously stepping up to the back gate and swinging it open.

I got chills, it was cold and creepy back here.

"Who's there?"

As I moved further into the yard I could see the back light was on and that a group of girls were standing around smoking.

What the hell?

"Grab her."
