IN THE SHADOWS -Marth x sad! Reader

(y/n) pov

Before I got accepted into Smash Bros I was coming home from school one day and the front door was open and I walked in and was shocked at what I saw, it was my parents and my older brother laying in a pile of their blood. I ran out into the forest tears streaming down my face. Once I made it far enough I fell and just cried until someone with blue hair found me and everything went black. "are you sure that she's going to be okay" someone said " yes she is going to be fine " after I processed everything they said my eyes fluttered open and I saw a man with a spell book and white hair and I saw that same guy with the blue hair. "W-where am I " I said trying to sit up and winced in pain at the failed attempt to get up, "don't move too much, you have a broken rib and if you try to move it won't heal completely " the white haired man said. "okay fine I won't move but can you please tell me where I am and who you are " I said as I held where the bandages were "OK I'm Robin and this is my friend Marth and you are in the smash mansion clinic " I nodded at this point unable to speak.

After I finally healed Robin took me to someone named master hand (for this one shot master hand will be human). "Robin who is this " Master hand said, "this is (y/n), she's that one girl Marth found in the forest with a broken rib. But the reason I brought her to you was because I wanted to see if she can join Smash Bros." Robin said with a huge smile on his face. "I have to see if she can fight before I just let her in " master hand told him. After Master hand told us that he said on the loudspeaker " IKE VS. (Y/N) " once they heard that we all left to the arena. " don't worry, I won't be gone long ladies " ike said with a smirk on his face. "READY, SET, FIGHT " the announcer said. Ike came in with a fast attack but I dodged it and kicked him off the stage and he came back and after a 10 minute match I won. All the girls swarmed around ike to see if he was okay since every girl in Smash Bros would fall for him but not me cause I didn't care. " hey (y/n) good job, most newcomers lose and Ike pretty much has all the girls at his fingertips " Robin said with a smile "well not me cause pretty much everyone I ever care about either leaves or dies so I've learned from past experiences. " I replied. Robin frowned at my reply and said "oh well that's not gonna happen again because you care about me and Marth but we never left you or anything like that so." I smiled and leaned up against the wall behind me and said, "yeah I guess your right about that " and for the rest of the day Marth, Robin and I just did what we wanted to do. After a couple of hours we finally got bored and went back to smash mansion and master hand announced that we were going to the beach today and we had to get ready. I ran into my room and packed my (f/c) bikini with a (second favorite color) cover up and right when I finished there was a knock at my door so I finished putting my stuff in the bag and answered the door to see my two best friends, Marth and Robin. "hey (y/n) are you ready " Marth said. "yep I just finished before I answered the door " I replied. "well then let's go " Robin said

After we found a place to relax I went to go change into my bathing suit
Marth's pov
Once (y/n) walked out of the bathroom I was in complete shock, she was beautiful. "(y/n) you look great, now let's go swimming " I said with a small blush forming on my cheeks. Once we got in the water (y/n) and Robin started to splash me and each other and then (y/n) slipped and fell on top of me and I swear I saw (y/n) blushing deeply and she got up and walked away. "(y/n) wait " I said running after her.

(y/n) pov
I just embarrassed myself in front of Marth. Wow I'm such an idiot. He will never talk to me again. I ran to the forest by Smash mansion and climbed up the cherry blossom tree and cried. "(y/n) where are you at, I really need to talk to you " Marth said with a sigh. Once he looked around to see if he can find me then he sat under the tree I was in. I was still crying so he saw me in the tree and climbed up with me and pulled me into a tight embrace. " (y/n) are you okay, why did you just run off like that? " Marth said with a frown, "yeah I'm good just embarrassed about what just happened " I said. "don't be embarrassed about anything and can I tell you something" Marth said with a smile I nodded for him to continue, "OK so (y/n) I love your smile it really lights up a room and I love your personality and everything about you and I hope you feel the same way. "
I kissed him on the cheek and nodded. "great now I can do this " Marth said with a smirk on his face. "do wh-" I was cut off when Marth kissed me. I was blushing deeply and I wrapped my arms around his neck while he wrapped his arms around my waist. I guess today wasn't so bad after all and now I'm not alone anymore.

Tara: another one done and I'm bored as always

Ike: MOVIE TIME

Tara: okay....

Marth and Lui : you two would make a cute couple.
