NEWCOMER -Ness x Reader

(y/n) POV

Today I was super excited. Today was going to be my first day at smash mansion. Once I got to the train station the train was already there.

Ness's POV (idk if I wrote his name right)
Master hand told everyone that there was a new smasher coming today. He said that her name was (y/n) and she was a (swordswoman, brawler, gunner). After he told us everything about her me, toon link, villager, and Kirby went to the Game room. After about two hours of playing games master hand told us that the newcomer (y/n) had come so we needed to go downstairs.
Your POV
Once the train came to a stop at the station I stepped out and admired the gigantic mansion in front of me. I was nervous at first but then I got enough courage to go to the door. Once I knocked on the door a tall girl with blonde hair and a blue suit on answered the door. "Hi you must be the newcomer (y/n) right " I nodded "Well my name is samus and welcome to smash mansion." She moved aside to let me in. Once I walked in there were lots of people. A tall guy with spiky blue hair walked up and said that his name was ike and introduced me to some other people.

Ness's POV
Once (y/n) entered the mansion I was in shock she had (h/l) (h/c) and beautiful (e/c) eyes. I must have been staring at her for a long time because toon link was waving his hand in front of my face saying "earth to ness " and once I snapped out of my thoughts I blushed a bit but he noticed it and smirked and said "you have a crush on (y/n) don't you " "n-no I don't " I said as my blush deepens. Curse my stuttering.

Your pov
I see two boys, one with a green tunic and a matching green hat and the other boy has a red hat with a yellow and blue shirt with blue shorts arguing at each other so I slowly walk over there to see what's wrong " I don't like her " I hear the boy with the red hat on yell "yes you do " the boy with the green tunic on says "excuse me " I say they both turned around to see me " hi I'm (y/n) I just came over to see why you guys were screaming at each other ?" The boy in green replied " hi (y/n) my names toon link and this is my friend Ness, the reason we were yelling at each other was because ness likes y-" he was cut off when ness covered his mouth with his hand.

You, ness, toon link, villager, Kirby, and pikachu have become close friends. You are starting to have feelings for ness but you are afraid of getting rejected. I'm going to go see Lucina about this she might know what to do. " I'll see you guys later I need to go talk to Lucina about something " "bye (y/n) " they all said in unison.

Once I got to her door I knocked really soft. I couldn't hear stuff being knocked down from the inside. "oh hey (y/n) what brings you here?" Lucina says with a smile, "I wanted to talk about something with you " once I got in I sat on the bed with my legs crossed "OK so I like this boy but I'm scared that he won't like me back or that he will reject me. What should I do? " I say with a sigh "if I were you I would give him a note that says to meet me in the garden by the waterfall and tell him then" Lucina says with a smile, "OK thanks " I say running off to my room. After writing the note I put it under his door and went to the waterfall.
Ness's pov
I read the note that (y/n) put under my door. The note had said, Meet me at the waterfall at 10:00 please. I really need to tell you something. --(y/n). It was 9:50 now so I started walking towards the waterfall. Once I made it there I saw (y/n) sitting on the edge of the grass. "hey (y/n) I got your note, what did you want to talk to me about? " I say "hey I just wanted to say that -" I heard her say but she mumbled the last part. "could you please repeat that again I couldn't hear you "I say. She sighed and said it again " I said that I like you and I hope you feel the same way. " . I walked up to her and kissed her cheek and said " yeah I do but remember the first time we met " she nodded "well me and toon link were arguing about whether or not I liked you, but now I realized that I do ". She walked over to where I was sitting and sat next to me and we just watched as the moonlight reflected on the water.
