DING DING DING"! The alarm clock rings. Ugh another morning to start. I said. But wait! I said in my mind. I totally forgot today is the day mom tells me good news! I can't wait. I quickly ran out of my room and brush my teeth and took a shower. After I was done I got dressed and brushed my hair.
Hmm... I thought what should I wear today? My dress or shorts and and a cute shirt? But then I thought well it's summer it's gonna be very hot. Then I thought why don't I just wear shorts and a cute shirt, because I'm not a girly girl I only wear a dress for special occasions.
When I finished getting dressed I went downstairs where mom and dad were. There was freshly made pancakes and eggs that mom had made.
My mom, dad, and I started to talk. Then I brought up the fact that mom said she had big news to tell me. Then mom said
"Oh yeah I totally forgot Nessa, good thing that you reminded me though, because this is really important". Nessa is what mom calls me for short.
"So can you tell me I want to know the big news." I said.
"Ok but promise me and daddy that you won't be sad because no matter what we still love you". Mom had said.
"Ok mom,I promise and anyways it's good news so why would I be sad"? I said.
"Ok honey get ready.....You are going to have a little brother"! Mom said.
"OH MY GOD! That's amazing! IM GOING TO BE A BIG SISTER!! I'm so happy mom"! I said cheerfully.
"Yea lets go out and get ice cream to celebrate". Mom said.
