One day the two meet, and love asks friendship "Why do you exist when I already exist?"
Friendship smiles at the clueless love and says, "To put a smile, where you leave tears." Dumbfounded Love asked, "What's that suppose to mean? I'm love I can never do such a thing...well not intentionally."
"Let me elaborate this for you." Friendship says. "You let people fall hard, especially for the wrong people. And when they fall for that one person they thought they can't live without, to find out he or she isn't who they thought they were. It leads to heartbreak. They became so sad then I come in to let that person knows they can take comfort in their family and friends and that maybe not right away, but eventually they'll be that happy person they were before. That's why I exist."
"Oh...." Love said looking down letting all that brand new information sink in. Now feeling bad, Love starts to walk away. "But!" Friendship piped in before Love can leave without hearing the rest of what he has to say. "You also exist to let people learn that heartbreak after heartbreak that one day they'll find their soul mate, I'm not your superior but your equal because I too can lead to finding new love."
