It's been a whole month since we moved to Tennessee, and it doesn't feel like home. Not at all.

Today they're finally giving my "amazing" gift, at 2am.

I still don't know why I had to wake up at 2 am just for a gift.

Well, I started talking to my father again, I realized he was only trying to make it look better.

But I'm still not talking to my brother.

He really messed with me.

I decide to go on my pj's. I just brush my teeth, put my shoes on, and go.

"Good morning, Taylor."

"Good morning, dad."

"Ready for your marvelous gift?"

"What can be so amazing, anyways?"

"You'll see."

He says, as my mom opens up the door.

We walk out.

"What about Austin?"

My father asks.

"He's not coming with us today."

My mother says.

"Why?"

"He didn't want to wake up so early."

They drive to a big building I never saw before, and get in.

We go to the very last floor, where the biggest apartment is.

"Well, you're already eighteen, and we thought that having your own place would help you when you start college."

My dad says

"What do you mean?"

He picks up some keys and put them in my hands.

"It's all yours, Tay."

I pick the keys and open up the door.

It's amazing.

I look around and run trough the rooms. There are two floors.

I need to tell him that.

I pick up my phone and call him.

"Taylor?"

"Hi Ed! You wont believe what just happened."

I get back to where my parents are and hug them.

"Thank you so much!"

"Okay, now let's go back home, we're spending the next five days in New York."

"What?! Already? Can't I spend this five days moving?"

"No. The trip to New York is your second gift."

"What did I do to deserve it all?"

"Everything."

I still don't know what I did to deserve it all.

Fought with my brother? Said I hate them both? Lied to them my whole life about dating Zain?

Well, I don't know.

The last few days have been amazing.

Today I decided to walk through Central Park on my own.

Suddenly, I see a little stage, where someone is performing.

I run there and realize it's not exactly a concert. There is a sign, saying that anyone could perform.
