Blake’s POV:
“Hurry up and get on the bus, stop messing around and get on the bus!” I yelled at the two thirteen year old trowing sand at each other.
“13, 14, 15” Liam counted as he tapped the last three kids getting on the bus to go to the farm. All the people on the bus had either had a massive hat or had they’re face smothered in white sun screen that they had found at their houses.
It was out of Liam and I to drive the workers to the farm and he said that he couldn’t drive for his life so I was made to drive. I turned the key in the ignition and the bus started and we were away, slowly.
“First stop, the farm” I yelled at the kids yelling at the noisy kids sitting in the bus behind me.
“Wooohoo” they chanted sarcastically.
These kids were getting on my nerves a lot lately.
After 20 minutes of driving in this old bus slowly down a dirt road, we had come to a small house and a large shed. As soon as the little kids saw the tractor they ran over and tried to climb onto it.
“GET OFF”I yelled at them.
All five of them got off except for a little boy who said he couldn’t because he had his shirt stuck. So I sent Liam over to sort the little kid out and five minutes later he came back with the little boy and his ripped shirt.
“What happened?” I asked Liam.
“Had got his shirt stuck around the handlebar” he replied.
“Look kid” I said “I don’t have time for you to be mucking around”
The little boy nodded than ran behind his big sister who turned around and hugged him.
A few kids yelled “scaredy cat” and the little boy started crying.
“SHUT UP” his big sister shouted
“You’ve mad him cry you little b……”
“That’s enough” I interrupted.
“Ok you know what to do” I said
10 or so kids ran to the shed, eight to the barn and 7 ran with knives to the fields.
4 and a half hours later all the kids were back with thing like wheat, tools and some kids even had some packets of lollies.
