Reason for dedication: For being an awesome writer who has inspired my own writing and for being such an awesome person.
Hola! This is now chapter three, and this is when the plot will begin to pick up...I think.
That is a picture of Colin Dennard who will be playing Reynard Gunner. Isn't he adorable with his glasses? For future pictures of Reynard, he won't have his glasses on unless he does in the chapter.
I hope that you enjoy!

Chapter 3: Rainy Realization
Song: Carrie Underwood- Last Name
~Saturday~
I had finally given up trying to devise a plan on how to get mystery guitar guy to listen to me, so I settled for eating dinner instead of brainstorming or studying for English.
I'm such a great student by trying to devise a way to talk to someone that I didn't even know and by not even looking at my notes.
I angrily stuffed another bite of pasta into my mouth as I watched some TV. I never was one for watching TV that much since most of the programs that dominated cable networks was complete garbage. So, I generally watched news channels ans VH1 only. At least both of those could provide some inspiration for my songs.
I was watching a report on the expected fight plans of Americans this Spring Break. To me, they seemed a bit exaggerated; I really doubted that eighty percent of people would be using airplanes to get to their travel destination. Fed up with the news channel's lies, I stormed off to the kitchen and cleaned my plate.
I dragged myself to my bed and crawled inside, snuggling up to my warm covers and sighing about how I still couldn't get guitar guy's song out of my head.
Hormones suck...especially when you're a guy.
~Sunday~
Fortunately, both Alex and I woke up before Jared could start destroying our ear drums. Being that it was only Sunday, both of us made our way over to a Starbucks just down the street. I glanced up into the clouds and noticed that they were awfully gray and ominous; I guess it was going to be raining sometime later today.
Alex, being the player that he is, saw that there was a table with only a single girl with long blonde hair at it, so he nudged my sides and winked at me before casually strolling over to the girl and starting a conversation effortlessly and sat down across from her.
I rolled my eyes at Alex; sometimes, it was downright discouraging when he kept scoring girls in public...and in front of me nonetheless. Not only did it make me uncomfortable, but it made me feel really bad that I hadn't had a real boyfriend since my sophomore year of high school. I mean, wasn't I good looking enough for some guy out there?
Apparently, today the gods of love were not in my favor, but they sure were in love with Alex; since only couples walked into Starbucks, I quickly tried to avoid seeing any of them being all mushy and gooey, so when I turned to see Alex, he was already making out with the girl he had met only a few minutes ago. I had to give Alex credit; he worked fast.
I sighed and sat at a table far enough away from Alex so that I could still see him if he got up and left the girl he was making out with now. I thought that it was strange how Alex always seemed oblivious to the surrounding scene when he found a girl to make out with, like now.
Just then, I heard a loud 'boom' and my head jerked up immediately to the window to see lightning in the distance. It was a rather pretty sight with all of the golden purple colors. Also, it was now beginning to rain outside the coffee shop.
