Reason for Dedication: For writing so much damn better that I do, and for having some amazing stories already completed. Also, she's really awesomely nice too!
Yay! It's already chaper 4, and now, you get to meet Reynard's boyfriend! [Boo! Hiss!] However, I've included an image of said boyfriend so that you can have a better picture of who to hate/love depending on if you like him or not. [Don't worry, I'll reveal his full identitiy at the end of this chapter.]
Also something important to note: Dustin writes his first song in this chapter. I had to come up with the song's lyrics entirely, so I did not steal it from anyone, to my currnet knowledge. I know that it sounds like a poem, but let's prentend that it's a song, shall we? For the sake of the story?
Also, I cried while watching the video for the song that goes with this chapter. It's really sweet! Just saying....
Enjoy!

Chapter 4: Breathe
Song: Avril Lavigne- When You're Gone
~Sunday~
I had taken Reynard's thermos with me and set it in the cup holder in my car and stared at it for a bit and sighed. I think that I was turning into some kind of creeper for staring at some guy's thermos...not good at all.
“Dammit,” I snarled, slamming my hand onto the top of the interior of the car. How the hell does this happen? Some guy that I saw in some random fantasy turns out to be the guy that makes my insides turn to mush. I was so used to it being the other way around, I guess I never experienced what it was like to be on the other side of the relationship where I actually had to try and show the guy that I was good enough for him or something like that. I rand a hand through my damp hair and turned the car on and put it into reverse.
So much for a relaxing time to get away from all of my stress. All that this trip did to me was bring up more stress and made me realize that I wanted Reynard badly; I didn't care if he already had a boyfriend. There was no way that anyone could be better for Reynard than I, right? Yeah, I only talked to him for a few minutes, but still, I just got this feeling hat actually matched the description that I had read so many times where the main character first meets their love interest. Yeah, a bit cliché and overdone sometimes, but it was still true nonetheless.
I couldn't think normally for the entire drive back to my dorm, the elevator ride up, and the walk down the hallway didn't do much for me either. I grumbled a few more unintelligent sentences as I opened the door and tossed my notebook and the thermos onto my desk and moved to sit on my bed.
I put my hand in my head and sighed; I never thought that a guy like Reynard could make me feel so...mundane and average. I always imagined more of a Matt Damon or a David Beckham.... I mean, Reynard kind of looked like a nerd; a sweet, cute, adorable nerd who was pretty tall and pretty handsome and- ugh! What the hell am I saying? I can't...like the guy, can I? I mean, I know that I can a be an asshole sometimes, but taking a guy who's dating someone, that's low, even for me. But, Reynard seems so damn...cute and like some kind of sexy and adorable nerd. To be honest, it's pretty hot to me; strange, yes, and certainly new to me, but it's still interesting.
And I knew one thing for sure: Reynard would be mine by the time Spring Break is over, no matter what. I made sure to give myself two weeks since that seemed like it was enough time to woo Reynard and get him to dump his boyfriend, whoever he may be.
