When I initially found out who the mysterious man at the bar was, I was very skeptical about him. THEN, when I found out he was a rapper I was even more skeptical about him.

I looked at his Instagram and it seemed like he was a stereotypical rapper with a lot of parties, alcohol and girls. Man has my thoughts about him changed.

Jayceon is such a family man. He loves wholeheartedly and unconditionally. I can one hundred percent see us having a very long future together. Ever since we told each other that we love each other, I haven't been able to stop thinking about my life.

Just thinking about my career, my man, just my life and my goals.

Tonight we are going to a cookout party thing. I'm not even really sure exactly what it is. He has to make an appearance and meetup with his friends. I was only going to watch re-runs of Fresh Prince of Bel Air anyways.

I am meeting him at his house since I will probably stay there after the party. I have to be at his house around 6 so I should probably start getting ready now considering the clock reads 2:27 PM.

I jump in the shower, shave, exfoliate, you know the basics. When I get out I sit at my vanity. I always wear natural makeup around him so I figured I would step it up.

I apply different shades of eyeshadow to create a neutral, rose gold smokey eye. MAC face products were blended into my skin to create the perfect face of makeup. To pull the look together I apply a taupe colored lip stain to my lips.

I walk into my closet for the perfect outfit. I really wanted to dress casually since it was just a cookout event. I decided on a wine colored, off-shoulder top that was flowy. Paired it with white skinny jeans, beige platform sandals and gold jewelry.

I flatironed my natural hair, braided my edges into a "half up-half down" style. I looked into the mirror and was pretty satisfied. Once I put lipstick, mints, portable charger and my wallet in my purse, I was ready.

I walked out to my car with purse and phone in hand.

I heard screaming in the distance so I rushed in. When I walked in some woman was standing there yelling at Jayceon, and when I walked in she stopped.

"Oh so this is your new flavor of the week, huh?" She said walking up to me.

"Tiffany, that is your name right?" She nodded, "if you haven't noticed me and Jayceon have been going steady for months now." I say walking over to him.

"Well that won't last, I'm the mother of two of his kids and pretty much the first woman he's been in love with." I just rolled my eyes.

"Oh and not to mention the first couple of weeks y'all were together, he was coming home to me."

Boom.

Hey Y'all. I know I've been gone awhile and this chapter is horrible, but I will be trying to post more often. I'm having some writers block so if you have any suggestions please let me know.

❤️thanks for over 2k reads❤️
