Coming home after our vacation was such a shock. I was on such a...a "high", you could say. We had so much fun. We came home a few weeks ago and today we have a doctors appointment.

Jay and I have been talking about who we think the godparents should be. The godfather of our  baby is going to be Chris Brown. Well, we are going to ask him to be.

Chris and Jay have known each other for such a long time and are so close. Out of all of Jay's friends, I trust and know Chris the best.

Jay and I have been watching how Chris interacts with Royalty and we know that we are making the best decision.

When it came time to choose a godmother, I knew right away who I wanted to ask. Jordan has been my best friend since high school. She has been there for me for every type of hardship you can imagine.

Everytime that I needed her, she was there, no matter what was going on during that time. I know that she would do the same thing for my baby.

We decided that we are going to have a small party at the house and are going to announce the gender and godparents.

I am going into my seventh month and third trimester of my pregnancy, making my wardrobe limited. I put on grey yoga pants, pink t-shirt and some flip flops for my appointment.

I walked down the steps and over to Jay. I sat next to him on our loveseat and cuddled into his side, closing my eyes.

"Liyah, you okay?" he asked looking away from his laptop. "Babe, I am just tired. Your child has been kicking me and keeping me up all night."

"You sure that all your symptoms are normal? I want to ask the doctor because lately you have been super tired," Jay said with concern laced in his voice.

"Baby, I don't know, I just feel so bad."

"Alright just lay here with me for a lil bit before we leave," Jay said pulling me in closer.

Next thing I know, he is waking me up in the car. I look up and see my doctors office in the windshield. "Come on, baby, we are here."

We wait in the waiting room until the nurse calls me back to take me vitals. I step on the scale and the young woman tells me that I have gained a healthy pound of weight. She checked my blood pressure and it was a little bit elevated but nothing to worry about.

She finally takes us back into the cream colored exam room. There is a picture of a mother with her newborn baby laying on top of her chest, while she cries. I guess, I was staring a little bit longer than I thought because Jay interrupted my staring.

"Aaliyah..." I turned and looked to my right at him.

"Babe, I think that it just hit me," He looked at me a little bit confused, "OH MY GOD! I am going to have to push an entire baby out of my VAG-"

"Well look who it is, my favorite patient," Dr. Ramond said as she entered the room.

"Hey Doc." I said.

"This just the normal physical, but I have to ask every time that you guys come in...do you guys want to know the sex?" She asked

Jay and I just looked at each other, "No, could you write it on a piece of paper for us please?" I asked.

He wrote it and handed it to Jay for safekeeping.

"Your baby's heart rate is normal, but it seems that your baby is actually breech." My heart sank

"What does that mean? Our baby is breech?" Jay asked in confusion and frustration.

"Mr. Taylor, it just simply means that the baby is upside down. The feet are pointed downwards towards the cervix. In order for the baby to be delivered, the head has to be facing the cervix."

"Well, how does that affect the baby and my pregnancy?" I asked worrying a bit.

"At this stage in your pregnancy it can be a little troubling because of the baby's size, but there is still time for the baby to naturally flip on its own," the doctor said bringing us some relief.

"Here's what you can do. You can sit in the pelvic tilt at various times in the day to get the baby to move. You can prop an iron board up and lay on it with your knees bent. Also, if the baby enjoys music, play some music towards the bottom of your belly to hopefully intriguing the baby to flip."

"Okay Doc, thanks for the instruction," I said.

"We'll see you back in a few weeks," he said patting my shoulder and shaking Jay's hand.

Once we got in the car, my leg could not stop shaking. Jay placed his hand on my thigh attempting to calm my nerves, "Babe, what's wrong?"

"Well for one, my baby is upside down in my stomach and I don't know if I am going to be able to get it to flip. Secondly, I can't even use 'he' or 'she' because we don't know the gender. NOT to mention, that answer is all in your freakin' pocket!" I said anxiously.

He just started laughing. "Why are you laughing at me?!?!"

"Baby, you are so beautiful when you are worked up like this," he said while I rolled my eyes and continued to look out the window.
