**Adrien**
I could be happier. It had been a few days since Marinette and I started dating. Although it had been a little over a week since I last went home.

Somehow, the paparazzi found out about our little fling going on. They won't stop bugging her about it. She's kind of happy that the sales in the bakery have sky-rocketed the charts.

It's obvious my father already knows about it. I wish we could be a normal family. Without the miraculous, the fame, my model business... and with mom by our side. He might always be busy. He hasn't shown the slightest of respect towards me. He treats me like a client instead of his son.

School has been hectic. The increasing amounth of homework, the glares Chloe sends... all these thought rambled through my mind.

I looked out the Cafe window; hoping Marinette will come soon. This was our first date. We would bring our beverages out to the park and walk around town. Nothing much. It was going to be a simple date.

The bell that was on top of the door, rang. Chloe scanned the room. Please not now. She starts walking in my direction. I can only hope for the worse; as she sits on the seat across me. I sigh loudly so she would hear me.

"What can I do for you Chloe?"

"I didn't come to seduce you. I came to explain something to you."

I leaned back into my chair, questioning what she was going to say:

"She can't handle this type of fame. Her name has been written everywhere, the Press is all over her, invading her privacy. WE HAVE experience. She might endure the first days but she won't last long. I consider you to break because at some point, she's going to snap and leave you."

"You're trying to break us up? She's can handle this. You have no idea what she's capable of. You're only looking at her flaws. You never notice the good things in her!"

The bell chimed once more. I didn't have time to see who it was because Chloe bursted:

"ADRIEN AGRESTE, YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME.  THAT GIRL IS NOT CAPABLE OF FAME. YOU AND I BOTH KNOW THE TRUTH. IT'S BEST IF YOU LEAVE HER BEFORE SHE GETS HURT."

I sighed in defeat. Her alter-ego was fine. But she could barely handle being a superhero alone.

I looked up and saw all the eyes staring at me. Looking through the crowd, I noticed a pair of ocean blue eyes standing at the entrance.

"You...."

Her shaky voice trailed off. Without a moment of hesitation, she stormed out of the room. I ran after her, but Chloe grabbed my arm.

"You know I'm right and there's nothing you can do about it."

I shook her hands off and ran out as well. It didn't take long before I found her again. She sat on the ground, leaning against the building. Her red and black dress was a little bit wrinkled. The hem of her dress reached a little over her knees.

I sat down beside her.

"Listen..."

I tried to hold her hand but she shook it off.

"No.... You think I'm not capable of the fame? You think I'm weak and vulnerable. Is that it?"

She removed the hands that were covering her beautiful face. Tears of emotions were dripping from her eyes. I didn't know what to say. She waited for the answer that never came.

"I knew it..."

"Look can please talk about this later? I really wanted our first date to be special."

We'll scratch "Buy coffee" out of the list that's for sure.

"We can go anywhere you want. My treat."

She wiped her tears away; still thinking about a place to have fun.

"How about the Eiffel Tower? I've never actually been on top without having my heroic duties in the way."

I smiled at her reassuringly.

"If that's what you can, princess."

I winked at her and she blushed. She's really cute when she blushes. As she stood up, I carried her bridal style.

"W-what are you doing?"

"We'll since you're the princess for the day, I Knight must treat her as one."

*[Time Skip]*

We had been on the Eiffel tower for several hours now. So we decided to go on the Ferris Wheel nearby.

We got into the cart. The wheel took us up, we continued to talk about many, many things.

When we were on at the summit, the wind blew through her hair. Her hair dancing freely with the wind. The light of the city, gleaming and shining on her skin.

"You're really pretty. You know that right?"
