Carson's POV:
The biggest blow was when my mom told me she thought I was better than that. Like I mentioned before, my parents held me to high expectations. So they weren't exactly pleased to know that their son had knocked a girl up. Well granted, no parents would be, but especially mine because they expected me to be some perfect son.
"So what are you guys thinking of doing?" Nikki's dad asked.
I looked over at Nikki; we hadn't exactly had much of a chance to discuss our plans.
I said aloud what we were both thinking, "Uh, we haven't really talked about it yet."
"Okay, well let's put the options on the table," Nikki's dad said very matter-of-factly. "There's adoption, abortion, or of course keeping the baby."
"I'm morally opposed to abortion, sorry," I said straight up. "And I'd feel pretty uncomfortable about handing off my child to some strangers and never, uh, see my child again. Which leaves us with the most difficult option: keeping the baby, but I just couldn't do either of the other two. Nikki?" I said, looking over at her.
"I don't know," she said. "Of course in a perfect world, I would want to keep the baby too, but it's seriously going to screw up our lives."
"Well," my mom broke in, clearly the most angry of any of the parents. "You guys made a grown up decision and now it's time to step up and take on the responsibility of being grown ups. You should've known there would be consequences to your actions. Did you even use protection?!" she roared.
Did we? I couldn't remember; I tried to go back to that night in my head. When I realized everyone was staring at me, waiting for me to say something, I quickly said, "uh I can't exactly remember. Let me think. I actually have to go to the bathroom."
My mom shook her head disapprovingly but spoke to Nikki as they waited for me.
I went to the bathroom, locked myself in a stall, and reflected on that night.
**FLASHBACK TO JENNA'S PARTY**
Carson's POV:
I swallowed down the last of my second or third beer; I couldn't really tell which it was. If you know what I mean, I hadn't had much "action" in a while with Regina being in a coma and for hell's sake, not even knowing who I was.
Plus, I was drunk so my judgment wasn't exactly keen. The main thought coursing through my head was that I needed some action; I missed the thrill.
I saw Nikki slip away from talking to a few of her friends to go upstairs to the bathroom. I met up with her on the stairs and before I knew what I was doing, I had her up against the wall.
I leaned in, the vanilla body lotion she used prominent as ever. It made me go even wilder with pleasure and I looked at Nikki, realizing she was actually pretty damn hot. She was wearing a low cut top and pencil skirt, providing me easy access. But she had me mesmerized with her captivating blue eyes and her blonde hair cascading down her back, straight and gorgeous.
I closed the remaining few inches between our lips and kissed her full on the lips, crazy passionate. I don't think I had even gotten this intense with Regina. Nikki moved her lips back against mine, wanting more. I gave her what she wanted and kept pressing my lips into hers. I put my arms on either side of her, leaning into the wall for support, and parted her lips with my tongue. A moan of pleasure escaped from her and I pushed my tongue into her mouth. She returned the gesture and soon we were going at it. She began toying with the buttons on my shirt and that's when Jenna walked by and said playfully, "get a room, you two!"
