part eleven

Lauren’s POV

Me Emily and Harry walked into the apartment, Harry just left his suitcase by the door and then we walked into the kitchen where everyone was sat round the table. I was quite nervous to meet everyone, I smiled as I walked in, “Everyone this is Lauren,” Harry said pointing to me, I waved, “Hi!” They all said at the same time smiling “And this is Emily!” they all said hi again. Louis, Liam, Niall were there and there was Liam’s girlfriend Sophia, Louis’ girlfriend Cori and Niall’s best friend Lindsey.  “Do you girls want a drink?” Liam said getting out his seat, “We have red and white wine, beer, orange juice, tea, coffee and water.” He turned round smiling at me and Emily “I’ll take a glass of orange juice please!” Emily said, “What about you Lauren?” “I’ll have a glass of red wine please,” He poured out Emily’s juice and passed it too her, he passed me my drink and told us to take a seat. Harry had already sat down, so I sat down next to him at the table, when I pulled my chair in further I felt his hand slide onto my leg and squeeze my thigh, I looked up at him and he smiled.

Zayn’s POV

Me and Liana finally got to Liam’s apartment, we rung the doorbell and about 30 seconds later, Louis answered the door! “Heya mate!” He said pulling me into a hug, after our hug we left Liana actually get into the apartment, Louis gave Liana a hug and then we joined everyone in the kitchen. “Hey guys!” I walked over to the counter and got myself a beer and Liana a wine, “How was the spa you guys?” Liam asked, “It was good! The massages were amazing!” Liana replied as she took a seat at the crowded table! “How did you like it Harry?” asked Sophia “It was good, I met these two lovely ladies!” Turning at smiling at Lauren and Emily, I sat down across from Lauren and smiled at her, “So how was your weekend without us? Did you just about survive?” I turned to Louis laughing, “Course we did, we had Liam to look after us!” Liam started chuckling “Yeah Sophia stayed over and we all just kinda stayed her all weekend, Lindsey came round this morning.”

Niall’s POV

Emily and Lauren seemed really nice from what I could tell, I had noticed Emily had a really cute smile. I couldn’t help but feel like something was going on between Lauren and Harry though. “Why don’t we go in the living room? There’s more room in there!” Liam suggested. “Yeah good idea!” Louis replied getting out of his seat, I grabbed my beer off my side and followed everyone into the living room. Lauren and Harry were sat on one sofa, Sophia and Cori on one, me and Emily on another and Louis, Liam, Zayn and Liana were stuck on the floor. “So Emily what do you do for a living?” I asked turning to her on the sofa, “I am a journalist in a local newspaper! I do a few articles you know here and there.” I was sat there nodding, I didn’t know why though, “What about you Lauren?” Lindsey asked, I looked over at Lauren she looked like she was in a daydream until she came out of her daze, “Oh I have just opened a little boutique in town actually!”

Emily’s POV

It was getting on for half 6, “What shall we do guys?” Cori asked looking around at everyone. “We could watch a film!” I suggested, “Love Actually!” Harry shouted, “Oh my god yes!” Lauren squealed agreeing with him! “Okay lemme go get it!” Liam got up off the floor and went to go grab the film we all just sat there in silence waiting for him, when Laurens phone broke the silence.

Lauren’s POV

Me and Harry were texting all through the film saying things we couldn’t really say in front of everyone else. He told me he wished he could have just cuddled on the sofa with me with no one saying anything but he couldn’t be sure no one would mention it. We sat on opposite ends of the sofa all through Love actually, all I wanted to do was cuddle and kiss him, but I couldn’t. We decided to watch the inbetweeners movie next, part way through the boys started doing the dance. “You know we should go on a clubbing holiday!” Louis shouted “We have two weeks off, lets just do it!” We all looked around at each other in disbelief, I thought he was joking around, “Yeah lets do it!” Harry joined in, “I could go,” I added in “Yeah so could I!” Emily explained, everyone could go except Lindsey, Nialls best friend. Louis ran and got Liam’s laptop and booked tickets we were leaving midday tomorrow, Harry said me and Emily could stay at his tonight. “Lauren how about I quickly drive us back so we can pack and then we can come straight back when we’re done!” I started nodding before I properly answered, “I’ll come with you two, you know help you with the bags!” Harry offered smiling at me. So us three left the apartment and mad our way back to ours.
