Emily’s POV

Niall and I finally got back to the hotel after our dinner, I was so full. We got up to our rooms “Do you wanna come in for a drink?” Niall nodded and I opened the door to our room, Lauren wasn’t in there so I guessed with she was with Harry. I started to walk over to the mini bar when I saw something lying on the  middle of mine and Lauren’s bed, it looked like a note, I picked it up and read it: http://hxrrysnips.tumblr.com/image/65287620876

Niall’s POV

“Lauren’s gone” She said almost sounding upset. “What? What do you mean she’s gone?” She passed me the small piece of paper “Read it,” I read the note aloud, confused. “Why do you think she went?” “I honestly don’t know, she was having a great time, it must have been something serious enough for her to leave” Emily sat on the edge of their bed so I joined her. “Hey you okay?” I say and take her hand in mine “Yeah I’m fine it’ll just be weird without her here ya know” I nod in agreement. “I wonder if Harry knows why or when she left.” Emily shot up off the bed and walked across the hall to mine and Harry’s room. I followed her quickly to open the door for her.

Emily’s POV

“Harry, when you and Lauren went quad biking earlier did she seem off with you?”  He looked like he had no clue what I was talking about “Quad biking? We never went quad biking.” That means she clearly left earlier than I thought. “She’s gone and we don’t know why or when she left,” “She’s gone?” I nod slowly “She was meant to come and surprise you to go quad biking but obviously that never happened and she obviously left.” “How do you know she definitely left and she’s not just out?” Niall passes Harry the note and I watch his eyes follow the words across the paper. “Why though?” he asks almost sounding hurt she left “We don’t know we’ll have to wait until we get back to London.”

Harry’s POV

I decided to go for a walk on the beach by myself it was around 10 so it the sky was completely black. I couldn’t believe she just left without saying anything. If I had gone out my room I could have stopped her. Why did she leave though? What happened? My phone buzzed in my back pocket, a text from Liam “Hey Emily just told us all about Lauren mate, where are you?” I decided not reply and just go back to the hotel. When I got back in Niall was fast asleep spread across the bed leaving little room for me. I slid into the very little space there was. I was awake for what felt like an hour but really it had only been ten minutes, I just wanted to know where Lauren was. I needed to text her “Hi Lauren, you are probably in bed, I can’t believe you left, I miss you already, when we get back I need to see you.”

Emily’s POV

I was sat awake playing candycrush on my phone, it was getting on for 1am but I honestly wasn’t tired. I really just wish I knew why Lauren left, luckily we only have three days left I just wish I knew what was wrong I decide to send her a text and then sleep, “Lauren just wanted you to know i’m thinking about you and I hope you’re okay, see you when I get back, love you” I went to sleep thinking about my best friend back in our empty apartment in London.
