dear mom,

don't even pretend you didn't know. the whole town knew.

in fact, you were probably one of the first people to know. after all you have friends in high places. or is that not true?

and, lets not even pretend that you thought you were spending enough time, or didn't know i was lonely and needed you. 

i cried myself to sleep everynight. theres no way you could have not heard.

afterall you insisted on having the room next to mine after you found out about the cutting. 

i'm sorry that i'm not the perfect child mom, but lets not pretend you were the perfect mom.
