Surprise hahaha... I know it's early, but I won't be able to update tomorrow,  so happy New Year.

"Won't take long now," I thought to myself as I tried unlocking the safe in Ed's bedroom. "Since he wasn't going to give me the clean slate I'd just have to take it myself."

I glanced over at the TV and none other than Batman was the star of a police chase. The entire Gotham City Police Departmant seemed to be there. A light smile came over my lips. "Seems like the Bat also has trouble with the police," I whispered silently as I turned my attention back to the safe.

"Finally."

I managed to get the last combination. I pulled the googles from my eyes off and placed them on top of my head. I no longer wear that full head mask, now that someone found out who I was. Another smile came to my lips as the person entered my mind.

I still wear my leather suit but now I wear a black mask that covers my eyes, and thin black colored googles with red lenses that look like cat ears when I place them on my head. It isn't a huge change but now my blonde hair is visible, the googles help me see in infrared, and they help me zoom in on things.

The black safe opened as I pulled on the handle gently. My eyes widened as they looked upon the big empty box shaped safe. "There's nothing here," I mumbled quietly as I got up from my kneeling position.

I heard a man's voice as he come closer towards the bedroom door. Without another thought I pulled the googles over my eyes and quickly moved towards the door. I could see the man's body type and it was Ed.

"Can we at least have some girls over?"

I placed the googles back on my head and grabbed him as he opened the door. "I may not be a girl but I can show ye a great time," I answered whilst taking him all the way to the back of the room near the safe. I grabbed him by the collar of his suit and pinned him aginst the wall. "Where's the clean slate Ed?"

Ed narrowed his eyes as if trying to recognize me and than smirked when he figured it out. "Your stupid to come here Niall. You're also stupid to think that the clean slate actually exist," Ed protested as he glared right into my eyes.

"You're lying," I retorted as I placed my forearm on his neck. "There where test! I saw the paper work with the trials and everything."

He let out a small cold laugh, "Test that were later erased because it was a failure. Don't you think that something with the power to erase all of one's criminal files and make it as if they never existed, sounds a little to good to be true?."

I clenched my teeth as anger and panic began to fill my body. "Nice outfit," A strange man said from behind me. "Those must be comfortable shoes to run in." He held a gun closely to the back of my head.

"Why don't you tell me?" I questioned as I stomped onto the man's foot. He moaned in pain. I quickly turned on my heels and took the gun out of his hands as I kicked him down. I pointed the gun straight towards Ed as he still had his back flat on the wall. "You're coming with me."

I grabbed hold of Ed and climbed out the window I came in from. I threw him onto the window washing platform and cut the rope so we'd get to the lower building faster. Within a second we made it to the lower roof top and I threw Ed off of the window washing platform, making him face plant onto the stone hard skyscraper roof top.

Footsteps caught my attention as I heard them all around me. About a dozen men with guns were getting closer. I grabbed Ed as he was beginning to stand on his feet and placed the gun on the side of his head while placing my other arm on his neck.
