I decided not to go to my brother. If I told him what was going on, he may want to come back home and help take care of me and Timmy. Instead I headed home and relaxed. After I was fully relaxed I headed back to school. When I was about to walk through the entrance I received a call from Mark. Mark and Jacob were shocked to see me. But Brad happened to show up and I didn’t want to even look at him. I could tell Jacob was angry. I held his arm to make sure he would not do what I knew he wanted to do. After Brad left, I felt my hands go for Jacob’s damaged hand. I tapped him at the back of his head and said, “You big fool! What the hell were you thinking!? I come to get my homework and stuff, to find you busy hurting that poor locker.”
He shrank down and winced. I smirked and said, “Go tell it you’re sorry. Then it’s your punishment for doing something I told you continuously not to do.”
He groaned and went to the locker.
“I’m sorry locker.” He mumbled.
“Mean it!” I yelled.
“I’m sorry.” He said more assertive.
“Good. Now for the fun part.” I smiled innocently.
“What are you going to do?” Mark asked with a hint of excitement.
“I’m going to fix that hand of his…” a devious smile found its way upon my lips.
I grabbed Jacob’s arm and dragged him to the bathroom…the girls’ bathroom. He tried to pull away, but he knew I was stronger than him. Mark laughed when he caught on to what I was doing. I was going to make Jacob lose some of his masculinity by pulling him into the girls’ bathroom, and let’s just say…he will be smelling like roses and daisies for a few days. Thankfully the emergency first-aid kit in the bathroom was still there. Jacob was amazed at how clean the girls’ bathroom was but the thought kept on hitting him that he was in the girl’s bathroom. I disinfected his bruises, made sure he did not break anything and bandaged up his hand. When we were exiting the bathroom, as if on cue, the air-freshener sprayed, on him. Mark burst out laughing when he took a smell of Jacob.
“You’re so mean to me. I hate you.” He growled at me.
“Oh, you know I only do it out of love, darling. And I love you, too!” I smiled and hugged him.
He could never stay angry at me and he could never resist a hug from me. He chuckled and hugged back.
“Oh, by the way Samantha…” Mark started.
“Yes, my bum-bum fly.” I joked.
“You don’t have to-…BUM-BUM FLY!?!?” He exclaimed.
I laughed.
“I’m only teasing. Anyway, what were you going to say?” I smiled.
“You don’t have to go to the party anymore. I plan on coming over by you with Jacob instead.” He smiled that cute, shy-boy smile I always loved.
“Woah! You got Sammy, here, to agree to go to that party?!” Jacob interrupted.
“I know, right? I was expecting her to say ‘hell no’ or something like that.” Mark laughed.
“But Mark-y-poo. Wouldn’t that, I don’t know, jeopardize your popularity?” I asked.
I know his popularity meant the world to him. He shrugged one shoulder and said, “Eh, your feelings mean more to me. Plus, I don’t have a date.”
An idea hit me and I knew I was making that face I normally do when a good idea comes to my mind.
“Eyes wide and twinkling, mouth flapping, hands waving up and down…yup. I think she has an idea.” Jacob snorted.
