"So what did I miss?" he asked me with a straight face.

"Nothing much" Toph said glumly as Zuko handed me some fire flakes.

The fire kingdom food was spicey and I loved it because it reminded me a lot of home.

The red and green hot chilly pepers added to rice and almost every food here, it was almost the same from my homeworld.

When ever the taste came to my mouth the small flashbacks would come back.

I could hear the panting noises of Sokka as the fire touched his toungue, he couldn't handle the heat and the rest of us would laugh and giggle at his short term pain.

It reminded me so much of one memory of my siblings...there faces dissapearing off in the distance.

It made me wonder if my choice of staying here was right, if I belonged here and that was a definate no.

"Are you okay? Is the baby okay?" Zuko asked quietly in my ear.

It was the first time he even asked about the child.

"Im fine, the babys fine" I answered back as dully as possible.

"Somethings on you're mind" he whisspered, knowing me after all this time it was near impossible to hide anything from him.

"It's nothing important, and none of you're concern" I snapped a bit back.

"If its not important why are you makeing such a big deal about it?" he asked.

"Im not and since its not a big deal its not you're concern, you're not my mother" I said back.

"The baby's as much responsibility of mine as it is your's, and I should be helping you" he explained.

"Im a independent woman I don't need you're help" I said.

He looked completely confused.

"Just pay attention to the play will you" I said as I saw our friends starred at us.

"Way to go hott stuff" Toph snickered.

The play continues on as we watched the horrible way our charcters were portrayed. It made me woder if we actually did act like that, and i could sense that Aang and Katara felt the same way along with Zuko.

We had finally finished the first half of the cringing story. The next part would be the appearance of Toph which I knew how that would go.

It was funny how even though this world had people with amazing powers they were still far from what I had been used to, like technology all day everyday but I didn't mind, I was never a person extremely attached to my phone anyways.

While we went outside we sat near a set of stairs covered in red carpets outside the theater, the fire nations main color.

Sokka had came back from trying to ask the writer to add a few things to Sokka's character.

Only he came back a bit angry and disappointed with a bag of dry meat claiming "the play writer thinks I'm an idiot that tells terrible jokes about meat all the time" as he held out a piece of what seemed like beef jerky.

"Yea you tell bad jokes about plenty of other topics" Suki responded.

"I know" Sokka's screamed.

"Well at least your actor looks like you, that woman playing the avatar doesn't resemble me at all!" Aang said in frustration as he held out his hands in the air.

"Hey what's so bad about a woman playing the avatar?" I asked.

"I don't know you are more in touch with your feminine side than most guys" Toph said with a slight smirk.
