The next day after our escape I woke up early. I usually woke up at about seven and no later thannine but I woke up at dawn right when the sun started to rise I awakened also.
I went down to the river and took a bath and heated the water makeing it hot like a suana. Then I fixed my hair in a fishtail braid and put on my training cloths.
I went back to Zuko's room grabing my bow and arrow. Then I took some bullets for my gun. I quietly tip toed out of Zuko's room being careful not to wake him up.
When we arrived back yesterday he was really tierd and exahusted after we had aten we both went to lie down and rest.
Then I went in to Sokka's room grabing the game bag. It was still blodsy from my last catch. It was green and sorta black where the blood stained the bag.
When I was in his room I couldn't stop laughing. I saw half of his body on the floor and he kept moveing around whisspering Suki's name. I tried my hardest not to laugh but it came out when he completely fell to the ground and I walked out bursting with laughter.
I walked out the rooms and went towards Appa and Momo who were sleeping on the floor. Appa opened his eyes staring at me.
"Shhh it's okay im just going hunting I'll be fine" I whisspered and Appa closed his eyes falling asleep.
"Where are you going?" I heard a fimilar voice say.
I turned around faceing Hakoda. "Im just going out to hunt" I said as I held my bow.
"Alone?" Hakoda asked.
"Yea why? Is there a problem to hunt alone?" I asked confused.
"No not at all I just thought you and the prince would be going together" Hakoda said.
"He's tierd and Toph wants meat so im going hunting it's nothing I can't handle on my own" I said.
"You've never hunted with a partner have you?" Hakoda asked.
"Well if hunting a person is involved then yes but animals no I do better on my own that way I only have to worry about myself" I said.
He looked at me a bit confused. "I have to go if I want to get back early" I said and started to walk away.
"I'll go with you that way they won't worry" Hakoda said grabing his wepons.
"It's fine I can handle this on my own" I said.
"I'll go with you" Hakoda said walking behind me.
I sighed "fine" I mummbled.
We walked in to the forest. I looked up seeing the sun riseing. It started out yellow and then shade of colors.
I started to climb a tree that was about forty feet high. I looked back seeing Hakoda on the floor looking at me confused.
"Arn't you going to climb?" I asked him.
"What? Why do I need toget on a tree?" Hakoda asked.
"This is how I hunt from above that way the animals can't feel me comeing from the ground" I explained.
"I think I'll go fish" Hakoda said leaving. I noded.
I started to jump from tree to tree looking for animals. As I jumped to the fifth tree I found a animal that looked like a deer. It was like the one I got before.
