Just a Little Rain

I used to cower at the thunder,
Be afraid of storms,
And scurry into your arms
Where I was always warm,
But after we broke it off
I no longer shudder
Whenever the sky flashes and hear those cracks of thunder.
I'm not afraid of hurricanes,
Or floods washing me away
Because the biggest fear I ever had was that you wouldn't stay.
