Clue in Hiddenville

"Hurry up!" Charlotte exclaimed.
"I'm searching, I'm searching!" Schwoz replied.
"Uh, what are you guys doing?" Henry asked.
"Well, I thought I saw something on Ray yesterday," Charlotte started to explain.
"It's just probably my beautiful face," Ray said, pointing to his face.
"No, so I drew it down and I'm having Schwoz investigate it," Charlotte finished.
"I found it!" Schwoz exclaimed.
"What is it?" Charlotte asked.
"It's a symbol of some sort and there's a clue in Hiddenville," Schwoz said, reading off the screen.
"Looks like we're heading back to Hiddenville," Ray remarked.
"Looks like it," Henry repeated.
"I'll get the clones," Henry said.
"I'll the Man-Copter ready," Ray said.
"I'll get my jacket," Schwoz said.
Schwoz sat down.
"I thought you're getting your jacket," Charlotte remarked.
"Yeah. Hey Charlotte, pass me that jacket," Schwoz said, pointing.
"Ok," Charlotte said as she grabbed the jacket. However, the jacket slid from her hand and but she held on it by its price tag.
"Snow's Company LLC," She read.
"Yeah, they have all the hippest clothes," Schwoz said.
"Sure, keep dreaming," Charlotte remarked.
"Ok, the clones are in Ray's room and the Man-Copter is ready so let's go!" Henry said.
"Up the tube!" The four of them shouted and they took off.
"Keep flying forward," Ray shouted to Schwoz a while later.
"Ok, we are right above Hiddenville, let's jump," Henry said.
"Ok," Charlotte said pulling out the parachutes.
"Wait, why is there only three parachutes?" Ray asked.
"You thought I was going to go on this psycho adventure?" Schwoz asked.
"Ok, let's just go," Ray said once he got his parachute situated.
"Jumping in three, two, one!" Charlotte exclaimed and all three of them jumped.
Two of them made the trip but one didn't.
"Where am I?" Ray asked.
A screen popped up.
"And who are you?" Ray asked.
"Someone you wished you never messed with!" The voice exclaimed.
"Yeah ok, ok, I'm not going to ask anymore questions," Ray said as he slowly backed away then he took off running.
He ran to another room.
"It's useless," The voice said again.
He kept running and running until he decided to take a break.
"Is anyone here?" Another voice said.
"Finally, RESCUE!" Ray exclaimed and he ran forward.
"Is it Char---" Ray started to say but realized who he was talking to.
"Maggie?" Ray asked.
"It's Maddie," Maddie said, correcting Ray.
"How did you get here?" Ray asked.
"Probably the same way you did," Maddie said.
"Indeed she did," The voice added.
