Missing Him and Unexpected Surprises-Nikki-

Nikki's  P.O.V:

    "But Victoria, I don't think you understand. I miss him so much. And I'm afraid we are just... growing apart" I admitted to my best friend, while sobbing uncontrollably. My boyfriend was Luke Hemmings, from 5 seconds of Summer. He is getting off tour soon. But I couldn't help but feel distressed.

I felt as if we were growing apart. I love him so much, but, I don't know if I can deal with not seeing him for months at a time anymore. We've been together for 3 years, and out of those 3 years, we've only spent 1 together. That may seem like a lot, but really... it's not. At all.

*2 weeks later*
Tonight is the night. Luke comes home. I'm so excited. This tour was only 3 months long, but I go crazy being away from him for so long. I hope he doesn't notice my small weight gain. I've been sick for the past 3 months, on and off. And I've been eating a lot, different cravings and shit. Holy fuck. No... holy shit. How could I have been so stupid? I rush to my phone, and dial Victoria's number.
Ring
Ring
Ring
She finally picks up. "Nikki!!!! Are you excited for Luke's homecoming?!"
"Yeah, I need you to come over right now. I need you to drive me to the drug store. It's... urgent"
"Oh my god. I'm on my way"
She hangs up.

I can't believe I didn't see it before.
Sooner than I thought, Victoria was beeping her horn, for me to get in her car. I grab my keys, and cell phone, and jump in her car. It's 6 hours until Luke is scheduled to get home, so we have enough time.

"Thank you so much Victoria"
"No problem. You really think you could be prego?!"
"Well.. yeah" we rush to the drug store, and run in. We go to the isle with the pregnancy tests, and buy the one that I choose. We get in line, and buy it.

In what seems like seconds, I'm in the bathroom. Victoria is waiting outside. "Anything?!" She says through the closed door. "It says on the box I have to wait 10 minutes until the results come in" I come out, and leave the test in there. "How far along would you be?" She asks me, sitting me down on the bed. "Since... right before Luke left for tour"
"Damn" she says.
Ten minutes pass in what feels like ten years. And I rush in to the bathroom. I look at the test, and my eyes widen. "Well?!" Victoria yelps. "Well..." I start to say. A smile spreads across my face. "I'M A MOM!!!" I yell with joy. Victoria squeals as she jumps up and down. "I'M AN AUNT!"
"SQUUUEEEE!!!" We both yelp. WE are such dorks. "Oh god, wait till I tell Luke!!!!!" I say excitedly.
 

*5 hours later*

       I hear the door bell ring, and I rush to the door. I open it. I see Luke standing there. He held bright pink roses in his hands. I basically leap into his arms. He chuckles, hugging me back. "I missed you so much, Nikki" he says, kissing my forehead. "I missed you too Lukey" I pull him into my apartment, and kiss him passionately. He kissed back. I pull him over to the couch and sit him down.

   "Luke, I have news"
"What is it baby girl? Cause I need to ask you something"
"Okay, but this is really important"
"Alright. You can tell me first"
"Well..." I look at him, and smile. I take his hand in mine, and then say. "You're a dad" his eyes widen. "WHAT?!" He said, excitedly. "We're parents Lukey. I'm pregnant" Luke leaps up, bringing me with him. He picks me up and swings me around. "I'm a DAD!!!" He squeals. I laugh, and kiss his cheek. "Now, what did you want to ask me?" "Oh, right." Luke reaches into his back pocket, and pulls out a small box. HE kneels down, and takes both of my hands in his. "Nikki, we've been together for 3 years now. Those have been the best years of my life. I know we barely get to spend time together, but I want that to end. I want to spend the rest of my life with you and our little sunshine. Nikki Xacier, will you marry me?" He opens the small box, revealing a diamond ring, with small sapphires around it. I start to tear up, before saying, "Yes Luke, I will marry you" he smiles so wide, it's like a bridge across the world. He places the ring on my right hand, then stands up, and kisses me.
"I love you Nikki. And our little baby"
"I love you too Luke"
