New Neighbors

                              Calum's POV

My head hurts so fucking much. Luke throws the best parties even though he might be one of the lamest people I know. I woke up to a loud beeping noise probably from a truck. I didn't feel like getting up so I grabbed my pillow and put it over my ears instead.

                          **3 hours later**
"CALUM WAKE YOUR LAZY ASS UP!" My sister Mali screamed. Ever since I got home from tour with one direction my family has wanted to spend every waking minute with me. I don't blame them, I missed them too, but I need to regain all the sleep I lost from preforming every night. "Coming!!" After I realized I still had a raspy morning voice, I tried to cough to fix it. I decided to get up after 10 minutes of contemplating it. I didn't know what Mali and mom had planned today so I just decided to wear my black nirvana shirt, black skinny jeans and black converse.

After brushing my teeth and fixing my hair, I headed downstairs to meet the rest of the Hood family. Mom was making spaghetti while Mali was making a salad. Dad was watching soccer on the tv. "What time is it?" I asked trying to get my eyes fully open. "12:30, you slept in late again Cal." Mali said laughing while almost dropping the ranch on the floor. "Shut up Maliturd, so what are we doing today?" I asked while getting some of the spaghetti and salad. "First off we are gonna go greet the new neighbors and then..." "Wait. New neighbors?" I said almost choking on my salad. "Yeah, the Smiths just moved in this morning. They came all the way from Alabama." I don't know how my mom already knew all this information but at least now I know what woke me up this morning. "Okay cool. What are we doing after?" "Well we were thinking about going to the zoo and eating out afterwards?" Mom loved planning her days out, especially involving family. "Sounds good."

After we all finished lunch we decided to head over to the Smiths house and greet them with some pound cake that mom made. She's a really good cook. While Mom, Dad, Mali and I all head over to their house, I'm hoping they aren't as weird as the last one. The last owner was a creepy old woman who never really left her house. I hope these neighbors are better.

A.N: hi guys! Idk how I feel about this chapter but I feel like this shall be a decent book. Many plot twists and unexpected turns to come :)
