Y/n P.O.V:I woke to someone tapping my shoulder lightly. I was about to straightened up to look at the figure when they quickly put their hands in front of me.
"Y/n please do not move." The voice came from Mark. I ignored him and tried sitting up soon getting a shock of pain in my neck. I let out a yelp of pain as I set my head back to the original position it was in.
"I warned you..." Mark sighed out. Soon he placed two fingers on my neck and started rubbing. "You slept funny causing you to get the pains in your neck Y/N." Mark informed me. I just gave him a thumbs up sighing a bit. Soon Mark stopped rubbing my neck. "You can move now." He told me. I slowly lifted my head and the pain was still there but it was manageable.
"Fuck that hurt... Thanks Mark." I said rubbing the back of my neck. Soon memories of yesterday flooded in and I shifted uncomfortably leaning away from Mark. He looked down to the ground looking... hurt?
"I'm sorry about yesterday Y/n... I'm not suppose to do that... I think there might be a glitch or bug in my system? You might need to check." Mark said staring at me. 'Maybe that's why that guy was trying to get Mark to leave that night... Maybe it is just a bug in his system he didn't bother checking.' I thought to myself. I looked back at Mark."Alright, I'll check... Just give it to me..." I said placing my hand in front of him. Soon there were strange noises coming from him as he reached the back of his neck and out came a chip. He placed the chip on my hand as his head hung low. "Mark?" I asked a little concerned. A hologram window popped up in front of him. "Currently, this IRL bot does not have a chip inserted. Please insert chip for this IRL bot to be functional." It read. I sighed and inserted the chip inside of my laptop.
Soon many files appeared one being his system file. I used my mouse and clicked on it waiting for it to open. Suddenly I felt eyes staring at me. My breathing hitched a bit as my eyes scattered around nervously until my eyes landed on two eyes staring at me slightly. It was Mark. His dark brown eyes stared at me... Terrified. Like he wanted to move but couldn't. His lips moved but no sounds came out. Only slight whimpers. I stared at him confused."Mark? What's wrong?" I was about to stand up and walk over to him when his eyes shut and his body went limp. I caught him before he fell. I sat him down next to me and let his body lean against mine. I turned back to my laptop to see the file open.
I looked through the file. Everything seemed normal expect for two things. His aggression was set very high... Pretty much he would kill anyone with no hesitation. Another thing was a memory block. Why would he need that? I tried opening that but was only brought to some sort of lock screen. Now this lock screen wasn't a simple password or word I needed to know, it was a strange puzzle. I rubbed my temples in frustration. Before letting out a groan as a sigh of defeat.
"Well... Everything besides the aggression part is alright.." I said as I tried changing the aggression meter but was brought back to the same lock screen. I looked over at Mark who still was leaned against me. He looked so peaceful. But why did he look so scared?
I shrugged and removed the chip from my computer insisting it at the back of Mark's neck. Mark trembled a bit before his eyes opened. He looked over at me calmly. "Did you find anything, y/n?" Mark asked me. I thought for a moment. He's just a robot right? I mean if I told him it's not like he'll start panicking... I hope so... Well there's only one way to find out.
"Um.. Two things, but one of the more important thing is who are you?" I asked my eyes meeting his. He stared at me a bit raising one eye brow.
"Well, I am a Google IRL bot, or humanoid, made from the company Google to serve and answer any questions you, my master, ask me." He said. He also mumbled something else but I couldn't hear it. I nodded.
"Okay that shit is cool... I guess. But that's not what I mean." He tilted his head to the side, like a confused puppy.
"What do you mean then y/n?" He asked me.
"Well on your chip... There's something blocking your memories. Memories of what I don't know. But I was hoping you'd know something? If you don't that's fine..." I told him. His eyes widened a bit.
"I do... It only comes in bits of pieces, but it's like a past life... Before something happened... That's all I know.. I was hoping you could help me, you said I reminded you of someone." Mark replied using his right hand to comb his red hair stressed.
"Well you're right... You do remind me of someone." I started using my mouse to click on a new web browser and started to go to YouTube. "Someone who was there for people on their roughest times, someone who was there to make you laugh. Someone who's name was Mark Edward Fischbach..." I finished turning my computer to him with one of Markiplier's vlog. Mark looked at the guy talking before looking at himself. Mark stared at the computer watching the video.
"So this means..." He began.
"Yes... You are Mark Fischbach."
