3 The Market Place

~•(Y/n) POV•~

I woke up the the sun shining on my face. I was still half asleep and wanted to go back to bed. I shifted under the covers and tried to lull back to sleep. This is so comfy.....I could stay here all day! I thought.

I quickly opened my eyes and sat up! Wait.....where am I? Then all the events from yesterday came flooding back into my mind. Oh yeah.......I met Edward and his brother.

I sighed in relief. I looked around the room and noticed I was the only one there.

All of a sudden the door opened. I quickly turned my head to see who it was. "Oh your awake!" It was Edward.

"Yea." I gave a small smile.

"Breakfast is about ready. So if you want to change really quick." He said staring into my (e/c) orbs.

"Yea I'll be right out." I replied. He closed the door and I grabbed the clothes I wore yesterday. I went into the bathroom and changed.

When I was done I walked out and into the living room. The moment I stepped out I smelled the delicious smell of something cooking. I didn't really know what it was.

"Oh hey!" Ed said. He patted the seat next to him on the couch. "Come sit down!" He smiled.

I sat next to him. He started talking to me. "Al's almost done cooking. You changed faster than I expected!" He must have noticed I was wearing the same clothes, because he said, "Do you want to go shopping for some clothes? I'll buy them, it's no problem at all!"

"Are you sure?" I asked. I didn't want to take advantage of his kindness and generosity. I didn't want to become greedy.

"Yea! It's no problem!! If you ever need anything just ask!"

"Um I have a question."

"Yea?"

"Why are you being so kind to me?"

".....it's because........because you look like you needed a friend." Edward smiled.

I replied with a small smile. "Thank you Edward."

"You can just call me Ed you know." Ed said back.

"You can just call me (nickname)." I smiled bigger this time.

"Sure thing.......(nickname)." Ed replied.

"It's ready!!" Al yelled from the kitchen.

Ed stood up and we both went into the kitchen. We sat at the table and the food looked delicious! There were scrambled eggs, French toast, and sizzling sausage!

I noticed that the table was only set for two. "Hey Al......why don't you ever eat with us?"

"U-uh it's because I already ate! Yea! I eat before you and Brother wake up!" He said, but I still had my suspicions.

"And doesn't that armor get hot?"

"Not at all!! I always wear the armor, it comes in very handy most of the time!!"

"Oh alright then......" I began eating.

I know there's something fishy about this. And I'm gonna find out what. I finished my meal and waited for Ed to finish.

Once he finished we left the small apartment and went to the market place.

"We're here." Ed said. I looked at all the stalls. It amazed me that so many people could be in one place at the same time!

"I'm going to go get some groceries!" Al said and ran off.

"Guess we can do whatever then." I said still in awe of this place.

"Go ahead and buy whatever clothes you want." Ed handed me a couple large rolls of small greenish paper.

Ed started to walk away but he stopped when I said, "Um Ed? What's this?"

He turned to face me. He scratched the back of his neck. "Yea now that I think about it......letting you go off by yourself wasn't the best decision....heheh.......lets go then...."

He put his hands behind his head and we walked to a clothing shop. We walked inside and all the clothes were so pretty! It amazed me that people actually made these!! There was a lot I didn't know.

"Go try some on!" Ed said when we entered the women's clothes.

~•Edward POV•~

I took a seat on a bench while (Y/n) took a look around. I watched her look at all the clothes. Some things, I could tell, she didn't even know what they were. She came back with 3 outfits.

"Go try them on!" I said and pointed to the dressing rooms.

She went inside and when she came out she was wearing a black t-shirt, jeans, and some red tennis shoes. She looked......pretty cute, but something was missing.

"What do you think?" She asked.

"It's missing something......stay here I'll be right back!" I said then got up and looked for something to complete the outfit. I found a red headband and grabbed it. I went back to (Y/n) and put it on her. It really complemented the outfit and her (h/c) hair. "There!" I said and backed up to look at her.

She smiled and did a little twirl. I still felt that something was missing.....I snapped my fingers then took off my jacket and put it on (Y/n). It looked perfect! I smiled and blushed a little.

"I really like it! Are you sure you can buy it for me?" She asked again.

"I told you it's not a problem!" I replied.

She tried on a few more outfits and I bought her 3, including the first one she tried on.

We walked out of the store and I had to carry all of the bags. I felt like a butler or something! I mean come on, seriously!!

We walked around and found Al. "Oh hey guys! Did you get (Y/n) some new clothes?"

"Yea! Ed bought me 3 outfits!" (Y/n) replied for me.

"(Y/n) I'm not your butler!" I said holding up the bags.

"Ooo~ can you show me when we get home?" Al asked (Y/n).

"Sure. I don't mind." She replied.

Ok that did not just happen. "Um guys?" I tried to get their attention.

"I also got some ingredients for a cake!" Al said excitedly, to (Y/n).

"What's 'cake'?" She asked back.

THEY'RE IGNORING ME!!!! I mentally screamed. "(YYY/NNN)!!!!!! AAALLL!!!!" And screamed aloud.

"WHAT?!" They yelled back at me in unison.

"Let's go home already!!" I said.

"Alright! You don't have to yell about it." (Y/n) said.

"You just had to say so Brother." Al said and started walking home.

I had an annoyed face and stomped all the way home. In about 5 minutes I opened the door to our small apartment. I tossed the bags on the couch and sat down.

I soon fell asleep. For down reason I was sooooooo tired.
