"You guys need a ship name." Allison says, opening up her locker with a wide, mischievous grin. It scares Lydia a little bit how caught up Allison gets in her ships though apparently hasn't chosen an OTP yet - as if Lydia knows what an OTP even is.

She is sure that Allison stays up until 3 am reading fan fiction and writing it. She has genuine concern for her best friend sometimes. Especially the time that they watched one of the shows together and Allison started crying and yelling about how that couple need to make out.

Or the time that Lydia said 'it's just a TV show, and their just actors' and Allison looked at her like she was going to shoot an arrow at her head.

"A ship name?" Lydia questions. She leans against the locker with raised eyebrows. Allison nods frantically, glancing between Lydia and where Stiles used to be standing. She sighs and shakes her head at Allison. Allison nearly drops her books while thinking about the two.

Lydia takes Allison's books for her with an amused look. She can hold a bow and arrow perfectly with her eyes closed but can't hold her own books when it comes to shipping.

"You promised you wouldn't make a ship name for any of us until we're dating. And we're not." Lydia says, not even adding the word 'yet' at the end of that sentence to ease Allison's pain.

The brunette looks at her like she had just crushed her heart into a million little, bitesize pieces. "You ruin me, Lydia, you really ruin me. What about romance?" Allison questions, pouting. "Romance is overrated." She replies.

The truth was, Lydia had no idea what having some guy being genuinely romantic with her was like. She knew that to most guys, or at least to Jackson, romance meant putting pillows in the back of his van before they had sex.

Not that she'd admit it, but it might be nice to have actual romance. Going on a first date and some guy telling her that she's beautiful. Him being nervous, arguing over who pays the check, opening doors for her, buying roses, kissing in the rain, the whole cliche movie package.

Allison makes a whining noise, her eyes turning into this horribly sad dark brown color. Lydia almost feels bad. She looks like a puppy who just got shoved into a cage. "What are you going to do, make him your booty call or something?"

Lydia thinks for a moment. "Well he does have long fingers..." She trails off, making Allison snort. She hands her back her books. "We'll see how it turns out." Lydia shrugs a shoulder before starting to walk down the hall with Allison on her heels.

---

On his way to class, Coach stops him and makes him come into his office. Stiles awkwardly sits down into the small plastic seat with the Beacon Hills sticker half-peeled off on the back of it. He feels like a kindergartener in the seat.

Stiles was in a rush to get to class- definitely not to go sit next to Lydia.

Coach sits behind the desk and puts a sign up sheet on it. Stiles raises his eyebrows and slumps in his seat like usual, his many layers of clothing swallowing him whole. "I think you should sign up for lacrosse."

It sounded like more of a command than a suggestion. "I've never even played." Stiles replies, making Coach grin widely. "Thats what try-outs are for." He nudges the sign up sheet over to Stiles. He stares at it for a moment.

"Fine, I guess I can be the kicker or something." He grumbles, unaware that he's talking about the wrong sport. Coach didn't correct him. He was just happy that now he had enough people on the list to have a team.

Maybe this would be good for Stiles anyways, he did have a lot of aggression and sports were suppose to help with that. At least thats what Lydia had mentioned a few days ago when they were studying.

---

"I'm convinced he's a new supernatural being." Isaac announces upon meeting the pack between the buses. Between the two yellow buses after school was now their meeting place, and it became less strange to stand there.

Isaac was late, cutting their pack discussion to a short minimum. He didn't even have time to get out of his lacrosse uniform. "Scott was right." Isaac leans against the bus next to Lydia while Scott lets out a whoop.

"See? I'm right. Wait, what am I right about?"

Kira rolls her eyes at Scott's cluelessness. Isaac already regrets saying that since Scott will most likely brag about it for the rest of his life.

"Stiles. I didn't think that he would actually be supernatural, I mean, he did have all the signs of being evil. Lydia's attracted to him," He says it so casually like all of her boyfriends have been evil, which she couldn't deny.

Isaac goes on with his listing, "He's distant, he killed his own fucking sister. All the signs are there. Anyways, me, being the nice guy I am, asked Stiles if he wanted to practice with me, and he's way too good to be human."

Everyone but Lydia nods, already planning to go into full defeat-evil mode. Lydia rolls her eyes at them. "So what, Liam was good at lacrosse too and was human." Lydia comments, stopping their planning.

The pack nods at that too. "Yeah but Liam did years of training, Stiles hasn't touched a lacrosse stick since today." They go back to planning, but Lydia stops them again. "Maybe he just has natural talent." She definitely wasn't going to let them ruin this for her before it even starts.

Before they can protest further, Lydia spots Stiles starting to walk home, stopping near a tree and waiting for her - he wouldn't admit that he waited though. Lydia backpedals slowly towards him, subtly backing out of pack night.

"Look, I'm sure we can find someone for him to do to keep him occupied and not doing 'evil things'." Scott gives her a disapproving look at the switch of 'someone' and 'something'. "Don't give me that look, Scott, it was an honest mistake."

She holds up her hands, giving them all an innocent look as if she hadn't just mentioned that Stiles would be doing her in his free time. That was happening though, at least not yet, but she has plans. Lydia leaves them without another word.

She wraps her arm around Stiles' and he flinches at the contact, but quickly settles once he sees its her.

They watch them start walking. "I thought she was done with high school boys." Kira comments, still a little pissed off and embarrassed at the fact that she had to flirt with Liam. Malia shrugs. Allison grins. "I ship it." Allison states, making everyone groan.

A/N

I feel like Allison was the second one to ever ship Stydia (after Stiles, of course) and she probably ships them from the afterlife.
