It's intuitive you don't have to try
It comes naturally, hmm it comes naturally
And it takes my breath away

The ride is short, since Lydia seems to forget that there's such a thing as a speed limit. Stiles winces every time she makes a sharp turn or almost hits a car. Lydia turns out to be a great driver, and the smug look on her face when she pulls off the helmet her face just screams 'I'm always right, admit it'.
Stiles stumbles a little, then drops to his knees and kisses the ground. "Thank you God! I'm alive!" He yells. Lydia laughs and smacks his shoulder playfully. "Hey, it wasn't that bad." She says while he gets up and dusts himself off. "It was, I thought we died for a moment. There's a thing called a speed limit, Lyds, and you beat it to a bloody pulp."
His chuckling stops when he sees the house before him. It's a mansion and is about as big as four of his houses stacked on top of each other. The whole house is like something out of those Disney movies.
This is like the princes castle in Cinderella - so what, Stiles watches Disney in his downtime. Vines line the walls in some sort of pattern, and there's a statue of a chiseled, naked man pissing into a nearby fountain, balls and everything, that's how you know it's classy.
Stiles is pulled out of his trance by a loud creaking sound. "Lydia, pretty sure this is breaking and entering." He hisses at her. She rolls her eyes. "It's not breaking and entering if your family owns this place." Lydia makes a motion for him to go in. "Your family owns this?" Stiles does cautiously, eyeing the statue awkwardly.
"Well, technically I own it." Lydia corrects, closing the gate behind him. Stiles pouts, she's rich and she let him pay for the ice cream that on time. Granted, he should've known, since she does have like three different cars. "When I get married someday, I get the house fully." She explains.
He nods but still looks around in awe of everything, twisting and turning around to take it all in while she leads him by the hand. Its really not a big deal, she's probably not going to get married for another five years anyways. Still, Stiles doesn't know why she isn't doing anything when she has a fucking mansion all to herself.
His mood changes and he can barely remember the Stiles that was on the verge of crying at the party. He still hadn't told her what had happened, but knowing that she'd be there no matter what made his heartbeat speed up.
They go inside, and it's spectacular, just like Stiles thought it would be. Everything is white inside, chandeliers hang down from the ceiling and light up the room like big, glass stars. The sound of water pouring rings in his ears and - he checked about ten times - there's no water anywhere but outside.
Lydia watches him silently and awkwardly. He looks like a little kid in a candy store but his feet haven't left the place their standing in. Lydia realizes she has to pull him everywhere or else they'll be standing there all night. She takes him up the many stairs until they reach her room. It looks like no ones been there in years, and there's rose pedals everywhere.
Lydia mentally facepalms when Stiles smirks at her. She decides that pulling him up to her room, where her mom had set up this 'romance package' for after the wedding - which was embarrassing 'cause she showed it to her when she was like three - wasn't a good idea, but too late now.
"Are you trying to send me a signal for something?" Stiles wiggles his eyebrows at everything. It's like waving a huge 'let's have sex' sign in his face, which she is not desperate enough to do. "No, god no. I'm not even- it's just- my mom is too involved in my life."
Lydia sighs and sits down next to him, brushing rose petals off the bed with a blush on her cheeks. He grins at her. Normally Stiles is the one that's awkward, and he finds a silent pleasure in the roles being reversed. Her awkward behavior lasts longer then their ride here.
"Okay, talk Stilinski." Lydia says in the same tone he had used when she told him about the chocolate thing. Stiles plays dumb and gives her a clueless look. "Talk about what? I'm fine. Everything's dandy in Stiles Land." He breaths, drumming his fingers against the bed.
Lydia crosses her arms and stares at him without blinking for what he believes was a full minute. "Don't do that, it's creepy." Stiles crumbles under her gaze. "Kay, so maybe everything isn't dandy in Stiles Land, but your here, so nothing can be that bad, right?"
She doesn't want to be one of those girls that drops their point simply because a guy says something sweet to them, but this isn't just a guy, it's Stiles. "Tell me something about you instead. Like a secret," He grins, "Or a fetish."
Lydia rolls her eyes and bumps her shoulder against his, making him chuckle lightly. She's sure she could tell him something that she's never told anyone, since she doesn't tell a lot of people things, but he was looking at her like that again.
Stiles' eyes are like truth serum, a single glance could make her spill every little thing about her. Her lips were already open to tell him about one of the most embarrassing moment ever in her short life, but all that came out was, "Do you believe in the supernatural?"
Lydia weighs out pros and cons in her head. Allison tried to kill Scott when she found out, Liam got punched in the face, Isaac got stabbed, Derek's girlfriend got killed... The only story where this turns out well is Scott and Kira's, but they broke up, and right now Scallison - damn it Allison and her ships - is going strong.
He nods slowly. "Yeah, I guess... like werewolves and stuff? I mean, it would make sense, with all the 'animal attacks' that go on around here." Stiles says each word like he's a student that just got caught sleeping in class and he's trying to get out of detention.
"And stuff..." Lydia trails off with a sigh.
A/N
Can we take a moment to fully enjoy that Dylan is: alive, smiling, and happy.
My school got a new principle who decided to add another hour of school to our days.
I'm just going to rant for a moment: school used to start at 8, then end at 2:40. Now, for no reason, it starts at 7 and ends at 3.
With. No. Explanation. Whatsoever. And they fired my favorite teacher. I can't even...
