Storming over to our normal lunch table I saw Dana sitting there with a smug look on her face, laughing like nothing happened. Sky was coming from English and practically bolted down to the stairs to see the fight that was about to unfold.

"Why you spreading rumours?!" I exclaimed and pushed her food on the ground, she looked up at me and rolled her eyes.

"Why would I want to talk about you, considering you just drop me for your new boyfriends." she motioned over to Frosty and Bronx. I grabbed her shirt and lifted her up and slammed her to the ground.

"Yo, get a punch in!" Serena called out as students began to form a circle around us. I hit her repetitively until I got pulled off her and separated. The teachers had already started to move everyone away and I got moved to the principals office. I sat in there for ages until I got spoken to by the principal. What ever he had to say went through one ear and out the other until I got suspended. They let me leave the school but I walked all the way up to Frosty's car. To my surprised Cole was there with his car.

"I'm guessing you heard about the rumour too." I huffed and tucked hair behind my ear. He nodded and motioned me to get in the car. Once we got back to Coles place I ended up training again until the others came over after school. The barn doors opened and Serena and Sky came in.

"You destroyed her! It was the sickest thing ever." Sky shouted across the barn. Frosty and Bronx came in and Bronx wasn't happy at all. We all separated to train before in the end we were shown how to step into our spirit form. They all done it so easily without any form of struggle, now it was our turn to at least attempt it. Serena had done it in 5 minutes, Sky done it in 10 yet I still couldn't do it. Concentrating wasn't an easy task when you had at least everyone watching you, Serena and Sky managed to slip back easy.

"It can take people ages sometimes, I'm sure Bronx could help you out with that." Frosty smirked but only gained a groan from the boy. We all decided to go back into the house, Cole ordered Takeaway for dinner before he was going to drive us all home. Frosty and Cole received the food at the door and placed the food on to plates. I sat on the counter since there wasn't enough room for me to sit at the table. Cole handed me a plate before taking a seat next to Serena. At everyone else ate, I prodded at my food. Bronx disengaged from the conversation and carried his plate over to me.

"Don't get so down, everyone has trouble doing it the first time." he ate his food next to me as Frosty glanced over with a smug look. I sighed softly and got down off the counter and ate my food silently.

"I can't believe she actually hit Dana what a legend." Serena said pushing her food around the plate. When she looked away, Frosty would steal pieces of chicken from her plate and ate it himself.

"But now that shes suspended, she can spend time with Cole." Frosty winked at me, I felt Bronx go tense beside me and Serena gave a death glare. I forced a smile and finished my food, dumping my plate in the sink. Finally after everyone was finished eating Cole collected his keys and drove us all home. My house was empty when I got home so I decided just to go to sleep since I had a big day tomorrow trying to focus on my spirit shifting.

I ran a few miles with Cole this morning around the block. My mind was currently on my spirit form however Cole made it difficult when we stopped. Sweat dripped down his face and stained his shirt.

"I think what we need is for you to relax and have fun. There's a color party tonight and I think Bronx would love it if you went." he wiped his sweaty palms on his shorts.

"He wouldn't and what is a color party?" I asked him as we briskly walked down the street to reduce the build up of lactic acid.

"Its a party that used UV light, you paint yourself with all these colors and they glow in the dark." he explained to me, fishing his keys out of his pockets. Unlocking the front door, we basically lounged around all day until the others came back. Cole explained to them about the party and they were all on board. We trained for a while before we all had to go get ready for the party. In the end I settled on a low cut black shirt with a frilly black and blue shirt that ended mid thigh length whilst Sky wore a black shirt with jeans, Serena on the other hand had chosen to wear a yellow backless dress. The boys got ready and we all met by Coles car to leave. We had to take two cars, Sky and Gavin went into Frosty's car and Bronx, Serena and I went in Coles. The party was held at an abandoned warehouse near the waterfront. We parked and walked down to the entrance to be greeted by a massive line.
