He lifted me out of the bed and carried me down to the training room. We stood in the room for a long time as I tried to moved into my spirit but there was no luck.

"I'll count down, if you don't do it I'll throw something sharp at your head." he grabbed knives off the rack closest to him. When the countdown started my determination began to rise. I closed my eyes and visualized the zombies from the woods, I could do this. I didn't take Cole as the joking type. A knife flung past my ear and in a panic I stepped out of my body.
One moment I was hot , the next I was bone-chillingly cold. I scanned the barn and saw glowing lines smeared over each of the windows. I could see each of the kids moving at a slower pace than I'd realized, sweat sliding down their faces. I stepped back into my body as easy as breathing and stared at Cole.

"Keep practicing and you'll get the hang of it." he said to me before placing the knives back down. Throughout the day we hang out casually until the others got back. Everyday for the next two weeks, Cole and I hung out in the morning till after school when I got to train with Bronx. My suspension finally ended and I was excited to go back to school. Obviously I had to catch up on my work and stuff but I got to chill with my friends. We all sat at the table in the morning when Dana and her drop kick boyfriend walked into the gate. The boys glared at them and when he smiled at them I had to hold Bronx down, I just got back from suspension and I certainly didn't want Bronx to get suspended over a stupid kid. We had another assembly to attend to but at least I got to sit there and get out of ancient. The hall fell quiet and we got addressed by the principal. He left the stage before students came out. They started to play as the main singer jumped around the stage.

"What the hell is this crap." Frosty said as we started laughing. Once the performance ended teachers had to quiet down students before we all could go back to our classes. Frosty shoved his hands into his pockets and playfully bumped into Sky, the rest of the hour went fast and break approached quickly. At the table, Dana and her boyfriend fornicated which was cringe as hell. We all sat on our normal table and started to eat when Bronx started to glare at them.

"What you looking at?" he asked Bronx who clutched the metal table that hard his knuckles turned white.

"Don't agitate him, he's just a drop kick, oh and by the way I didn't start no rumours but I wouldn't be surprised that you of slept with all three." Dana smiled at me which enraged me again.

"At least I don't last 5 minutes bitch." I said to her as she grabbed the nearest thing near her and flung it at me. The opened milk container went all over me as everyone else ducked out the way. Cole wrapped his arms around me and dragged me off the chair. I struggled in his arms but his grip was too strong. The deputy principal saw everything that just occurred and called them into his office. Cole loosened his grip before I glanced down at my milk stained shirt.

"I can't go to class like this." I huffed, Bronx went through his bag and pulled out his jumper; walking over to me he handed me the jumper.

"Just change into that." He muttered to me.

"I can't walk down to the bathroom, everyone will look at me." I held the jumper away from my shirt in case I got some milk on it. Bronx rolled his eyes and pushed me over to the wall. He held the jumper out to cover me as I glanced over my shoulder at him.

"Take it off or I'll do it for you." he said, I quickly removed my shirt and slipped into the jumper and zipped it up. Bronx took the milk covered shirt and folded it up to put in his bag. The end of break went way to fast and sadly we all had to get back to class. In biology we were informed that people could dissect a rat. The boys were down for it and so was I. The teacher led the class out to the labs where rats were lined up on wooden boards.
