~<>~Aria~<>~

The first thing Aria saw when she woke up was snow. Again. At least this time she wasn't covered with it.

She wasn't cold, which was weird. But then again, she was in a weird place and a weird position. Her arms were tied to her sides, her feet were tied together, her face was facing the floor and she was thrown on the back of a horse, and tied to it so she wouldn't fall.

Riding in front of her, holding a leash connected to the horse she was on, was a brown eyed black haired man. She called out to him " hey! "

He ignored her.

She tried again " Heeeeeey!"
That seemed to have annoyed him enough to have him actually notice her. " What?" He said annoyed.
" Where are you taking me? " she asked. After eyeing her carefully he said: " the capital, were you'll be interrogated "

Yellow~Green eyes widened " interrogated? But I haven't done anything!"
" which is exactly why we are going to interrogate you, we need to know if you did anything or if you're even human!" He replied, frustrated that Aria couldn't read his mind.
"Well it's not as if you'll get me to spill the beans just by asking a few questions." She mumbled. But the man herd her
" actually, we do have ways to make you spill the beans, we have ways to make everyone spill the beans "

The silver knight rode in behind the man and into her line of sight.

Even though everyone else that she could see had taken off their helmets, he still had his on. She couldn't see a trace of skin on him, maybe he was a robot. It wouldn't have been the weirdest thing she'd seen all day.
He said, his voice muffled behind his helmet: " but we won't have to use them on you, now won't we?" After a pause he
continued " you seem like a nice enough girl."

🗡🗝🗡

They arrived at the capital without further interruption. And as soon as they did, Aria got thrown into a cell.

At least that particular one wasn't nearly as dirty or uncomfortable as she had expected. It was small, but at least there was a bed, which was in a good state, nothing like her bed at home of course.

Home, that dreaded feeling finally awoke, she was getting homesick. She didn't even remember how she had gotten in that clearing, all her memories were hazy. The last thing she remembered doing was walking down the street.

🗡🗝🗡

She spent the night in the cell, she slept comfortably enough, for a prisoner.

Soon after she woke up, the same man who was leading her horse the day before came to get her claiming it was
'interview time'.

Aria definitely wasn't looking forward to it, she had no idea what kinds of questions they would be asking her and if she even had an answer to them. And if she didn't, well she just really hoped these guys were gullible enough to believe any lie she would come up with.

She had heard many nasty things about medieval interrogation, then again she had heard many nasty things about their prison cells and they hadn't all proved true.

She was brought to a dimly lit room with a table, two wooden chairs, chains hanging on the wall, and a small fire place.

The man who had brought her in made her sit one one of the chairs and tightly tied her to it with the chains on the wall. It was really uncomfortable.

The man left, and soon after another one came in. The man who had just come in looked like an anime character.

Seriously! He had silver~white hair which was tied back into a small ponytail, electric blue eyes, he was wearing a white tunic that looked a lot like a long blouse to Aria. He was pretty muscly but not too much and he looked about twenty.

The man, whoever he was, took the seat in front of Aria.

"I'm going to say this once and only once" he didn't seem very patient, " Who are you?"

Aria didn't like him much, " well first I'll need to know what that even means." The message behind what she had said was clear,' ask precise questions'.

"Fine then. What's your name?"

That was much better. " Ariane Anneka Michailis. " There was no reason for her to withdraw that information.

" Why were you in the forest? Do you have any connection with the whylem?"

Whylem? She guessed it was the monster thing in the forest.

" I don't know why, or how I got in the forest. And I do not have any connection whatsoever with the whylem."
She stated it clearly and without hesitation or suturing. Like what she had read in many books.

"Where do you come from?"

"I am from Canada, if that is what you ask." She doubted they even knew about North America yet. From what she had seen on the way there, the people in.....wherever she had landed lived in a medieval era, but, yet it seemed that all those tales of dragons were actually true. If she had traveled to the past that was.

"Canada" he mumbled " I have never herd of it."

" Very well, I have sufficient information. I will inform my superiors that you seem innocent." And then on a much softer tone he added " though, I'm sorry but you will have to spend another night in your cell."

"Do you have a way home?" He asked, it didn't sound as if he really cared for her. More like he wanted to get rid of her. " No " she responded bluntly, looking him in the eye.
