See You Soon
Eleanor
You were my Peter Pan. Spontaneous, alive, and full of enthusiasm. You never wanted to grow old. And in fact, your soul never did.
I was the same.
We thought the same. Talked the same. Acted the same. We were just so much alike that we were always on the same page.
But I guess you never wanted same. You wanted challenges. Adventure. Something that's different than that of your world. Something that's not the same.
You were my Peter Pan and I was Tinkerbell.
But you wanted a Wendy.
So I went away, trying to be what you want.
I went away, exploring a world a whole lot different than mine. Hoping you'd want me. Hoping one day you'd look for me and find out that I'm different.I went away. But I never bid my goodbye.
Because goodbye means going away, and going away means forgetting.
And I'll never forget you.
