JUST OPEN YOUR EYES
"I think," she blurted out suddenly, "that love is something that you find, not just something that comes around. Because love is about that, exerting efforts." she finished while looking at a distance.
He looked at her, wondering where the thought came from. But then he copied her, looking at the distance too, thinking it was just her and her random thoughts again. The silence was stretching out as he collected his thoughts, mindful of the words he would say but then he stopped and thought, screw it.
"Well, I think you're wrong. I think love is just around the corner," he disagreed, breaking his distant stare and letting it fall on her, immediately smiling, "You just have to open your eyes."
