When they left, the rabbit who she soon learned had a name, Beca, told her the walk to the fireberry patch was only ten minutes.
"Okay, Talking-rabbit-thing-Beca, how can you talk?"
The rabbits ears drooped slightly. "I don't want to talk about it... Sorry..."
"Oh, uh okay..."
Trying to change the subject, Luna decided talking about hobbies would be better.
"What do you like to do in your free time?" Luna asked.
The rabbit's eyes lit up instantly. "Oh! I love tending to fireberries and studying legends about some of the Lost Gods Of Caelum! Studying the legends especially! I'm trying to get my kids into it but they'd rather make a mess of the burrow."
Luna laughed. "What are your kids like?"
Beca smiled. "They're names are Bonnie and Ricky. They can't speak your tongue like I can but I'm happy the only other people they can annoy are other critters. I'd feel bad for any humans in the forest if they could. Rambunctious little bunnies! A lot like they're father..."
Beca's smile disappeared slightly.
"What was he like?" Luna asked softly.
"He was kind, compassionate, selfless, brave, not afraid to speak his mind. He also was very rambunctious! He would protect anyone even if it meant... Never mind, we're here!
As Luna looked around she saw lots and lots of fireberries as far as the eye can see. As Luna put a berry in her mouth her eyes lit up.
"These are the best things I've ever tasted!!!" Luna cried happily.
As she finished Luna thanked Beca continuously and went off to continue her journey. This was just the beginning of her adventure.
