Gearing up with my items for the supposed 'history discussion', I step out of my house and breathed in the cool air, which I could say just smell of salt.
Oh well. I took the note out of my pocket and glance it through.
"Hmm.. Meeting place is at Pizza shack down the seventh street." I said to myself. "So the time to meet is...".
I flipped the paper back and forth. "Oh gawd. Kegan had not state what time to meet and I do not have his number." I mumbled.
Giving a dramatic sigh only to myself, I grumbled,"He had better be there or I will chew that pretty head off his shoulders."
I walked briskly down my house to the seventh street. As I opened the door of Pizza shack, I was nearly knocked down by a powerful ooze of magic.
Immediately I set my eyes to the source of the magic.
Kegan. Of course.
He gave an innocent smile as though he knew that I would come and that he does not know the effect of his magic on me.
I scowled at him and stormed my way to where he is.
"Alright." I clenched my teeth and said. "Stop with all your 'I'm a faery king and I have power' magic."
"My.. my.. magic?" Kegan said, looking a little confused.
"Yes. Your magic." I whispered sharply. "It's affecting me."
"Oh." And immediately I felt the tension in the air around me start to drop.
"So, the project?" I asked, straight into the business.
"About that.." Kegan paused. "I will need you to walk with me to a place."
I raised my eyebrow and asked, "How is that important?"
Kegan looked amused as he said, "Very."
