Unpredictable {5sos, Michael Clifford}

Pizza

It was a cold, rainy day in mid November. I sat patiently outside of school, waiting for my best friend Michael to pick me up. He finally arrives, bobbing his head up and down to what I assumed was Green Day.

"I really wish you and the guys hadn't dropped out of school" I said as I got in the car "I don't have anybody to hang out with anymore""

Michael put his arm around me. "Aw I'm sorry, I had to focus on the band though, the guys needed me"

Michael was in a band, and he had been for nearly two years. The band consisted of Michael, Calum, Luke and Ashton, whom all of which are my closet friends. The guys started uploading covers on YouTube in 2011, and views kept getting higher. A few weeks ago, Louis from the band one direction tweeted about the guys, which got them even more noticed. The guys dropped out of school to focus on the band, leaving me alone during school. But Michael would always come pick me up, and we'd hang out at his place for a couple hours.

As we arrived at Michaels house, Ashton opened the door and greeted me with a hug, "Avaaaa! I haven't seen you in so long!" he exclaimed, squeezing me so tight I thought i might suffocate

"Ashton, you saw me yesterday" I laughed
"Still, it feels like a long time" he shrugged. Ashton is like the big brother I never had, were very close, and we tell each other things we would never tell any of the other guys.

Calum and Luke were eating pizza as I entered, they saw me and waved. Luke gave me a toothy grin, pizza toppings stuck in his teeth, making me giggle.

"Y'know I'm beginning to think Luke has a soft spot for you" Ashton whispered as we sat on the couch.

"As if" I snorted.

"He acts differently around you than he does with us, he always talks about you too. Earlier on he wouldn't shut up about you, Michael got so annoyed he actually left the house and didn't come back for a couple hours"

"And? That doesn't mean he has a crush on me" I rolled my eyes. How could Ashton be so stupid? Luke and I are nothing more than friends, I've never thought of him in that way. It'd be weird to date any of the guys, they're like family to me

"It's true, he does" Michael said as he sat on me

"Ow! Michael, get off me" I tried to push Michael off my lap

"Shut up, you love it when I sit on you" Michael said

"I really don't" I laughed, Michael then moved and sat next to me. "How did you know what we were talking about?"

"Cmon, the whole band knows he likes you, apart from the idiot himself" Michael stated

"I seriously doubt Luke has a crush on me" I said, shaking my head

"What?" Shouted Luke from the other side of the room

"Shut up Luke" said Michael, throwing a pillow at him

"We'll talk about this later" Ashton laughed as he handed Michael and I a slice of pizza
