Lauren never really trusted anyone. She had never dated, too afraid to get her heart broken, and her friend group hadn't grown since freshman year. So, Lauren also doesn't trust her siblings friends. Who doesn't she trust the most? Y/N.

Of course she doesn't trust the girl. She answers everything vaguely and hardly does anything non gang worthy. Plus, as much as Lauren hated it, Y/N was extremely charming, and it threw her off. One second Lauren would be glaring at her but the next Lauren would be staring at her dreamily. It wasn't something she could help, Y/N was just so damn likable. Lauren still didn't trust her. Nope.

"Why're you staring at McDreamy?" Lucy asked from across the table, loud enough for the table next to theirs to hear, which just so happened to be Y/N's.

Lauren quickly looked to Lucy with wide eyes before turning back to Y/N's table, where Y/N and Camila were now looking at her with a smirk. Lauren could feel her face grow hot from embarrassment and prayed it wasn't too red.

"Why would you say that so loud?" Lauren whisper yelled once Camila and Y/N looked away.

Lucy shrugged before answering. "You weren't being very discreet."

"True." Vero nodded in agreement.

Ally and Normani were trying, and failing, to hide their laughter. Lauren groaned before going back to eating her chicken salad.

"I hate you all." She muttered, causing the whole table to laugh loudly. Lauren spent the rest of lunch sulking and forcing herself to not look up at Y/N.

After the lunch bell rang Lauren quickly got up to walk to History. She was right outside the cafeteria when she heard her name being called.

"Lauren, wait up!" The one and only Y/F/N called.

Lauren gave the girl a confused look but waited for her anyways. "What's up?" Lauren asked once Y/N was beside her.

"Nothing, but we have the same class so I figured I'd walk with you." Y/N said with a smile.

Lauren blushed at what Y/N said, although she knew she shouldn't. Y/N couldn't be trusted. "Really?"

"Mhm." Y/N answered as they made their way to history. "You should start calling me McDreamy. It has a nice ring to it."

Lauren's eyes got comically wide and Y/N started laughing very hard in the middle of the hall. "Shut up." Lauren whined while pushing Y/N.

"If it makes you feel better I call you Lauren Hotregui, in my head." Y/N said, after she had stopped laughing.

"Hotregui?" Lauren questioned as they walked into the classroom.

"Duh, do you not own a mirror?" Y/N asked, while taking a seat next to Lauren.

"Well I do, but I wouldn't exactly call myself hot." Lauren explained.

"Well you're not only hot. You're smart...and beautiful." Y/N said with a charming smile before turning to look up front, leaving Lauren a blushing yet confused mess.

She didn't trust Y/N. She wasn't supposed to make her feel like this.

Y/N sighed as she sat down beside Camila, opening her Pepsi and taking a sip from it.

"What's up?" Camila asked while setting up Y/N's Xbox, preparing to play Black Ops 2.

"This whole drug war thing is super stressful." Y/N replied. "Like, first it's the cops and now some Cuban dickwads."

Camila thought for a second before speaking. "Do you think the new cartel is that big? Like, so big we should be scared?"

"I don't know," Y/N said truthfully. "I know they're not little, though."

Camila hummed in response and the two sat in silence, the only noise being their video game. After awhile they heard a knock at the door, and knew that the rest of the gang was there. Y/N had told them to come over at seven because they had things to talk about, and Y/N had news.

"COME IN!" Camila yelled. Alycia, Austin and Chris then came through the door, and Dinah walked out from her bedroom.

Everyone sat down around the living room, and Y/N sighed before pulling out her MacBook. She pulled up the torrent file she'd downloaded earlier that listed all the business they had to talk about.

"Okay, guys," she started. "The first thing I have to say is we're getting a new member."

Everyone looked at Y/N with wide eyes. Their last new member had been Chris, and that was over a year ago.

"Do they go to our school?" Austin asked.

Y/N nodded, and everyone waited anxiously for her to reveal who it was.

"Well, let me just say it's going to be hard to get this person, but in the end they have no choice..."

"Why would it be hard?" Chris asked.

"Your sister," Camila deadpanned. She already knew who it was, and she knew it would be a challenge. "It's one of her close friends, and this is going to be very suspicious."

Alycia then spoke up. "Well, who is it?"

"Lucy Vives," Y/N said. Everyone's eyes got slightly wider. This was going to be a challenge. "Now, I need someone to help me get her back here tomorrow, and I'll need everyone here. I was thinking Alycia could drive the car. I'll get her in right after school. Then we'll do what we always do."

Everyone nodded, and once Alycia said she would drive, Y/N got into more business.

"My father came by last night, and he gave me some things that everyone needs," The girl said while unlocking her coffee table, which doubled as a secret compartment. Once she opened it there was 4 guns laying there. "One for Austin, Alycia, Camila and there's one for Lucy. Dinah, Chris and I already have ours. Hopefully we'll never need them, but it's a precaution."

"Precaution for what?" Alycia asked.

Y/N sighed. "Jay has us as his official gang now, and things are getting dangerous. I don't want any of you hurt."

"We protect each other," Chris said.

Everyone nodded in agreement, all secretly praying they wouldn't need to use the weapons they held in their hands.

Little did they know just how much they'd use them.

Cool cool cool. Nice nice nice.
