Positive Energy can be obtained by Meditation. Using Positive Energy is helping push away all of the Negative Energy.
Negative Energy is mainly used within Black Magick. When you are focusing on Black Magick, you try to feel hatred, and think hateful. Negative Energy can help with, 'Curses, Hexes, Poison Spells, Death Spells, and sometimes even Potion Brewing'. Using Negative Energy means working on Black Magick,
or its subsections pretty simple!
