I wake up with a start seeing a huge fish swimming past me, screaming I bring out my wand about to cast a curse at it when Lily grabs my hand.
"It's ok, hun. It's just the Black lake." She tells me before heading off to change into the schools uniform.
I go to the last trunk next to the only in occupied bed and pick out some clothes.

I put my black and red hair in two pigtails and grab my books for the next classes. I pick up demon and set her in my bag.
I wait at the door for Lily before we both head down to the common room. Quickly I spot Draco, Crabbe and Goyle. Glaring at them as a pretty girl comes walking up to them and instantly wraps her arms around Draco.
Spotting me, Crabbe and Goyle come running at me. On the train, I've made quite good friends with them. They loved food and were amazed as a newborn child when I'd perform small magic.
I give them each a hug rubbing my head against their ears. I'm a cat so don't judge, even if I am in a human body. "Can you make the animal appear again?" Goyle asks me.
Just as I'm about to reply, Lily drags me away from the group and asks me if I was friends with them. Nodding my head, she snarls, "if you're friends with them, then I can't be friends with you."
Taking a step back I growl reaching for my wand and point it at her throat trying to act as tough as I can. She laughs, "And you aren't a cat so take those blasted ears off and grow up!" Reaching over my head, she yanks my ears off and rips them.
I start to cry against my will as my blood boils. " Confrigo!!" I shout as a bunch of fire shoot from my wand. Lily ducks just in time so the fire hits the cobblestone wall.
She looks at me wide eyed and leaves. I scream multiple unladylike words at her before walking out and I decide to skip breakfast. As I walk down the halls I hold back tears for letting myself loose my temper, why did I talk. I should've never talked after all my voice is like a whale.
Draco's pov
I walk down from the boys dormitory with Crabbe and Goyle on my tail. They are as useful as blind leaders. Just as I enter, Pansy attaches her self to my arm. Just great. Looking around, I spot Weasley as she walks down the stairs. She always wore ears since I saw her in diagon alley. Crabbe and Goyle run to her and they chat. I ignore them and start walking away but stop hearing someone shout a spell. Pansy yelps in fright seeing fire shoot out from Weasley's wand at a second year.
I look at Weasley, a slight glare in my gaze but I quickly soften it seeing her cry. And her voice, this was the second time I heard it, it seemed as though she only spoke when she was mad or irritated. She was tough, she would have been a good Griffindor. Wait what am I saying, we Slytherins need good strong pure bloods.
Back to Maple's pov •••.........
I walk to potions and sit at a desk. I'm early but what ever, I pull out a dark arts book that I found at the book shop in diagon alley that I decided to steal. I know bad idea but 'Mother' would never buy it for me.
Just as I'm getting to different types of curses and jinxes everyone starts to file into the classroom. I zone out for most of the class.
Finally every starts to leave and I skip after them humming to 'To Be Free' by Tonight Alive. Today is going to be really boring.
