The whole week all I could think about was my Saturday night plans. But everything else in my life was a great distraction form how nervous I was. I called the girls early Monday morning and told them everything. "What!?" they both screamed. "He sounds totally smitten," said Zoe. "Just be careful M, I hear he's a player. But I mean, how could he not be? With looks like that..." Spencer added, dreamily. I rolled my eyes and laughed. I was really lucky to have them. Next I called my father, told him about the major events in my life, but I obviously left out Jaden. My dad doesn't approve of the whole "actress" thing, and he really doesn't approve of celebrities, so I usually give him as little imformation as necessary. My mom had been in and out of the house, she's been really busy at work, and enjoying life, which makes me happy. I finished up all my homework, studied my sides for my Disney audition which was on thursday and then pretty much repeated the process. The week went by uneventfully, no major triumphs or tradgedies. By the time Thursday rolled around, I was extremely prepared for my audition, and I'm pretty sure I nailed it.

Friday morning I was awoken by my cell phone ringing obnoxiously. I rolled over in bed and answered it, my eyes still closed. "Hello?" I groaned. "Good morning!" Jaden's voiced boomed, "Me and a team will be at your house in an hour so.. get up!". An with that, he hung up. I moaned even louder to myself, adn check the time, it read: 12:13pm. Oh God, that's what happens when you're homeschooled, you're whole schedule gets messed up. I threw myself out of bed and right into the shower. I scrubbed my skin almost raw with my loofah and then mosturized after I got out. I did the rest of my regular bathroom routine,, applied make-up, brushed my hair and got dressed in record time. I pulled a shirt on just as the doorbell rang. I trotted downstairs to open the door, and was greeted by a group of 4 prefessional but chic looking people. Jaden appeared from behind them. "This is Luca, Ashely, Mary and Lori, the team. Luca and Ashely cover wadrobe, Mary covers make up, and Lori covers hair. They're the best." he stated. They all smiled big, teeth baring smiles at me and then immediately had their hand all over me. I heard things like "Oh, you're so pretty", "Let's take a look at your closet", and "Is this hair sensitve to heat?". I was overwhelmed in seconds. We spent the next 3 hours deciding how my make-up was going to be done, how my hair was going to styled and what I was going to wear. After the long process of trial-and-error, we decided on that I was going to wear my hair down, in beach waves, my make-up was going to be fresh faced and simple, and I was going to be wearing a Babaton ellsworth dress. I thanked the team excessively as they walked out. Jaden lingered in the doorway, "I'm really excited for tomorrow night. It's turning into a major press event. I'll see you tomorrow," he said. Then he leaned in to give me a kiss, but I pulled my head back. I nodded, "Yeah see you tomorrow. We also have some things we need to... talk about," I said, trying to be assertive. But he smiled at me and told me I was adorable. I shook my head, and rolled my eyes as I shut the door after him.

The next evening, around 5:30pm, a black jaguar pulled up infront of my house and honked. I took one last look in the mirror. The red dress popped great on my skin and the metallic detailing made me shimmer in the light. I smoothed out the dress, slipped on my chanel black pumps, and strutted out the door. The chauffeur was standing, holding open the side door for me. I thanked him poilitely and he replied with slight a nod. We drove for about 20 minutes until we hit these very official looking gates. The driver rolled his window down and said "Maia Jamfeniis" into the intercom. The gates slowly swung open and the car continued onto the property. Jaden's house was amazing. I guess 'house' wasn't really the right word for it, it was more like a mansion, or an estate. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor multiple times as we passed his basket ball court, his tennis court, and his impressive pool. Not to mention the amount of space they had, decorated by finely cut grass, all over the place. As I stepped out of the car, one heel at a time, I was bombarded by flashing lights and cameras clicking. Once I regained my sight, I saw Jaden, standing in a suit, at the top of the stairs, leading to the huge front doors. He walked down the steps, past the bloggers and photographers and took my hand. He led me up the stairs and into his home, then turned to me, gave me a once-over and smiled. "You look amazing," he said, his eyes flickering with the falshing cameras. As Jaden and I navigated through the small crowd, I realized just how many stars I was surrounded by. I felt like I was out of the city at midnight. We stopped once we reached the dance floor. "Now," he said, scanning the crowd, "Let's get you noticed".
