A week later, I was sitting in the library studying for a Defence Against the Dark Arts test on corporal patronuses when a first year Slytherin girl walked up to my seat in the corner of the room.

"Excuse me, are you Ivy Chapman?" She asked, sounding shy and scared. I looked up at the tiny red-headed girl and gave her a small smile.

"That's me."

"This is for you." She said as she quickly handed me an envelope and ran out of the library. I frowned and stared after her for a moment, before turning the envelope over in my hands to reveal my name written in rushed cursive.

Opening the letter, I quickly scanned it to find that Draco had written to inform me that he had to make an emergency trip home to see his family, and that there would be no more tutor lessons for awhile.

Sighing, I closed the letter and tried to finish reading the page I was on. Only a few more days and then I would be enjoying my Christmas break.

The next day, Ginny and I found ourselves walking through Hogsmeade in search of Christmas presents.

"What are you getting Hermione for Christmas?" Ginny asked me as we sat down inside The Three Broomsticks.

"Books, of course." I giggled, knowing that Hermione would be absolutely ecstatic to receive more books, "What are you getting Harry?"

"I don't know. You know how I feel about him, how I've always felt about him, and I want to get him something special this year, you know?" She asked, grinning at the mention of Harry's name like always.

"Yeah."

"What are you planning to give Draco?" Her question took me by surprise, and I almost choked on my butterbeer.

"What makes you think I'll be getting him anything for Christmas?" I asked, wondering if she somehow found out about our kiss.

"Oh come on, Ivy. It doesn't take a genius to see the way you two look at each other. It's obvious to me that you're crazy about him, and I'm pretty sure that he feels the same way about you." Her words caused a fiery hot blush to creep across my cheeks, and I continued to take a large gulp of my butterbeer.

"Do you think anyone else has noticed?" I finally asked, glancing around to make sure no one was listening.

"No way. I'm just very observant. Don't worry Ivy, your secret is safe with me." Ginny smirked at me, only causing my blush to grow even more. Bloody hell.

"To tell you the truth Ginny, I have absolutely no idea what to get him." I sighed, wondering what you get a gorgeous Slytherin bad boy who you've been snogging behind closed doors.

"Well, what does he like?" She asked, looking at me curiously as she sipped at her butterbeer.

"I'm not sure. Books, maybe?" I admitted, suddenly feeling guilty that I knew literally nothing about Draco, "Actually, I think he likes Shakespeare. I saw him reading Romeo and Juliet one time"

"Shake-what?" Ginny interrupted, furrowing her brows in confusion.

"He's a famous muggle playwright, Gin." I giggled at her lack of common muggle knowledge. At least now I had an idea of what to get him for Christmas.

About an hour later, we entered the adorable little bookstore that sat tucked in the heart of Hogsmeade.

"Good afternoon, how may I help you?" An older witch at the counter asked.

She wore her long white hair in a braid, and her dark eyes contrasted her buttercup yellow dress. This woman's appearance could definitely give Luna a run for her money.

"Uh, hi. I was just wondering if you carry any muggle books at all." I asked, taking in the smell of what can only be described as old books.

"Muggle books, eh? I believe I've got a few. What are you looking for?" She questioned, hobbling closer to me. To be honest, this woman almost reminded me of those evil, old witches in muggle fairy tales.

"Shakespeare. I'm looking for a copy of Othello." I answered, crossing my fingers that she had the book I wanted. Otherwise, I'd have to travel to a muggle bookstore in London to find it.

"What a wonderful choice. It's your lucky day, because I've got it right over here." She smiled at me, before finding the book and handing it to me.

"This is perfect. How much?" I asked, feeling a small smile stretch across my lips as I thought about how Draco would react when he received his gift. I couldn't wait to send it to him.
