Okay so this Phan Fiction is going to need a lot of explaining beforehand so if you want to know about why I wrote things the way I did then stay tuned but if you want full immersion then go right ahead. You have my blessing.
Now! I, for one, have this type of synaesthesia that I have described in the book. It's where you either associate or see colours when you feel or perceive different emotions. Personalities are also different colours, mostly based off their most common emotion.
Its very confusing and hard to live with so I thought I would write something to entertain and inform you.
This book is very personal as I associate a lot with the Dan character. He is loosely based on me and every poem I write for this story is my own work.
Now for the confusing part.
Dan, along with me, has a very confusing mind. Basically everything zooms past and all of his thoughts are fast and there are a lot of them so his mind kind of shuts down and he thinks in a strange way. This is why I have written his P.O.V the way I have. Its confusing and a complete mess just like his mind is. See where I'm getting at?
Phil on the other hand has problems understanding anything that doesn't have to do with art and he constantly struggles. This is why I have written his P.O.V in a very simple way but it still manages to paint a picture in your head, just like he does with his art.
I'm a little clever.
I also need to state something. I am Australian so I really know nothing about either the U.K or U.S.A so I'm just basing it on Australia and our weather and schooling. I'm very sorry
Well, I hope you enjoy this story. I'm not really going to update on a specific day or anything but hopefully frequently. I have pre-written a lot of chapters so if there is a demand I can post one but other than that I will just go with the flow you know.
Pre trigger warning: during this book there will be some things that may trigger some people but if I name too much I will spoil it. Just know that if you are easily triggered maybe don't read this
