Chapter 1 The Beginning

Sometimes you think you know what it's like to sit in the middle of a room and just think. But you probably have never thought about it until now. Well that's what 16 year old May thought as well. She told me it all changed that one night she was walking the dog down the street. She never really could tell me every thing that happened that night so I will just let her tell you her story.

Chapter one

"Roof." Izzy barked.

"What," I ask, "Do you have to go potty?"

She gave me those puppy eyes with attitude that say 'what do you think'.

"Ok," I say, "let's go then."

She jumps off the couch and runs to the door. I trudge after  her not wanting to have to go out this late...... In the dark........ Right before a thunderstorm. Did I mention I'm scared of both.

"You better make this quick." I tell her.

I did not what to be outside when that storm hit. I put her leash on her and we head out the door. Off in the distance I can see those clouds that create lighting with no sound. Lightning clouds were they called. Something like that. Anyway we were walking around the block for about 15 minutes when we were about to turn down our road when all of a sudden a huge lighting steak hit me square in the chest.

Yes yes you probably thinking how did I survive. The weird thing is I don't know. But what's even weirder is that I never passed out, or backed out, the only thing that did happen was this weird ticklishy feeling ran through my body and that was it. After that I felt like I could run a mile. Izzy and I took about two steps when all of a sudden I look up and see this huge blue circle of some kind of electricity in the air just hovering there. And out of the circle of blue electricity came a Red streak.

It sounded like a bee buzzing by my ear and that's what every one tells me it was but why would a bee be out in the middle off the night right before a thunderstorm. I then see this so called red streak run around the block may I add in a very slow like motion. The red streak then stops right in front of me. Takes my dog (don't ask me why I don't know) from me and rushes her in the house and comes sprinting back. At this point my mouth is hanging open so I shut it.

'Who is this man I think? And why is he here?' And a million other questions were running through my head.

"May you must come with me now." The red streak told me.

"Why," I ask "I don't even know who or what you are or where you will be taking me."

"I will answer all your questions when we get to where we are going but right now I need your help."

He held his hand out and I don't know why but I took it. We disappeared in a streak of red into another circle of blue electricity. When we stopped I could not believe my eyes where we were.

"Welcome to Star Labs." A man said.
