I heard this on my way to the club dressed as Miley Cyrus, and I choked on my mint.
No, I seriously did.
Basically, the girl was about twelve and was caked in make-up; we sort of looked alike at the time.
The person speaking to her was her sister, I think, I dunno.
It was pretty hilarious, though.
