I saw what I could have been
I saw what would have happened
I could have truly lived
And now I regret not living
It's not too late
But I've lost so much time

I saw a new world open
I saw how I could live
And how I really want to live
To feel alive and do new things
To turn back time and relive my life

I saw that bad things can be good
I saw that I was weak and wrong
And I'm going to change that
So I am going to change my life
I just need some freedom

I saw my eyes being reopened
I saw my life turn around
And I know now
I'm going to live
Like I never have before
