Homecomming Twist (Bucky)

a/n~ So I'm basing this a little bit like the picture you see above here. Hope you enjoy! So pretty much Marvel Highschool? I guess so.

It was just a month away until homecoming, and you still didn't have a date. Well you were asked by some other agents but you already declined since you really wanted to go with Bucky. But still no luck.

Bucky was a student that goes to Marvel High, and he was one of the 'bad boys', but in actuality he wasn't. He was sweet, and extremely cocky, like your other friend Clint. But something about him was really special. You just can't put your finger on it.

When Bucky used to hang out with the bad kids, they called themselves Hydra, they would always use a string of words to make him do this. Like maybe putting tacks on Principal Fury's seat. Or just straight up messing with Counselor Coulson.

They used such stupid words,

Freight-Car.
They made Bucky apart of their 'gang', they took him from the geek turned jock, Steve Rogers. You were personally really good friends with him, hell you guys had a small gang of your own. Steve, you obviously, Natasha Romanova, Bruce Banner, Tony Stark, Thor Odinson, Wanda Maximoff, her twin Pietro Maximoff, James "Rhodney" Rhodes, T'Challa Udaku, and Clint Barton.

Pietro, Wanda, T'Challa and Thor along with his brother Loki, were all exchange students from around the world. All knowing each other somehow before coming to Marvel High. Tony, Bruce and Rhodney, all were deeply in love with science creating them to have a bond during science class. Steve, Natasha, Bucky, Clint and I all were so close before 'Hydra' took Bucky. But only Steve and Natasha understand how much I care deeply about Barnes.

~Skip to 2 weeks prior to Homecoming~

"Natasha, it's only 2 weeks until Homecoming and I have no one to go with." You say complaining.

"Y/n, don't worry we're going as a big group, you'll be fine."

"Well that's for you to say! At least you got Clint to dance with during the slow dance!" (THIS GOES OUT TO ALL THE CLINTASHA SHIPPERS OUT THERE)

"Maybe Barnes would ask you-"

"Psh, as if he doesn't even talk to me anymore, the only time we 'talk' is when we get paired together during Social Studies."

"Oh, don't worry y/n you'll be fine. I promise"

That's when you started to look at Natasha weirdly, there was something behind you and you were to afraid to look back. Right as you turned around you saw him, it was Bucky.

And be was holding a sign, and hilariously enough he was wearing the costume he made for 'superhero day' that everyone was forced to make. Instead his arm was wrapped in aluminum foil, and his eyes were smugged with blacked eyeliner. That's when you started reading the sign.

It was the words that made him do the things hydra made him do! But something about it was different.

With red marker the word 'homecoming' was circled. That's when you got the clue.

You were incredibly shocked. And it's only been 10 seconds.

"Y/n, I know we only talk during Social studies, but I certainly treasure those moments. So I knew right as I was assigned to sit next to your during social studies, that you were the perfect girl for me. So, what do you say? Homecoming?"

"Oh my goodness. Yes!", you said with large amounts of happiness, "How did you even do all of this?"

"Well Natasha and Steve helped me, and well they also helped me push out Hydra for good."

"That's amazing! Oh my gosh, Natasha you were in on this?"

"Nice job on the date" Natasha says with a smirk.

"Good job Buck! You finally got y/n, after weeks upon weeks after talking nonstop about her." You hear Steve say.

"Shut up Punk."

<Skip to homecoming>

The group was all together, and it was the happiness time of your life,
you never wanted to leave the moment. You were wearing a short red dress, with Bucky matching, having a red tie to go along with it.

Homecoming was soon coming to an end, that's when you heard the DJ start talking.

"Hey everyone, this is going to be the final song of the night, go grab your date, it's a nice slow dance"

That's when you felt Bucky grabbing your wrist, putting his hands on your waist. Putting your arms on his shoulders. Looking around you, you see Clint and Natasha doing the same exact thing, but with them rocking their black outfits. To your surprise you see Tony and Pepper Potts dancing but their hands on each others shoulders, them having red and gold. Then looking back at Bucky you noticed something.

How his eyes were a piercing light blue, and they were staring right back at yours. That's when you two, just started focusing on each other, slowing dancing on the dancefloor.

With each other finally at last.
