Stony was calming Annalisse down and comforting her after finding out that her cousin Bianca died from getting shot. The surgery that Dr. Hyman suggested was unsuccessful and there was nothing anyone could do to save her. Stony knew exactly how Annalisse felt as she lost her brother and her friends and felt she had no one left, except keith but was starting to wonder if there be any future between them. Stony held her head on her shoulder and was in emotional pain. Dr Hyman came and expressed his sympathy to Annalisse for the loss of her cousin but Annalisse stopped crying for a second and wiped her tears and looked at him with hate and disgust. She yelled and blamed at him for her death and wanted the doctors to do more and they could've saved her but instead they let her die. Dr. Hyman understood she was angry but before he could say anything else, Annalisse punched him in the face and kept hitting him to release her pain and frustration on him. Stony tried to get Annalisse off of him but she continued to beat Dr. Hyman. Annalisse took her gun out and was about to kill him until Stony grabbed it from her and told her this couldn't be done this way. Killing Dr. Hyman would not bring Bianca back and she didn't want her to make the same stupid mistake that she almost made 17 years ago at Downtown Federal. Annalisse looked at Dr. Hyman who was beaten down to a pulp and she looked at her bloody hands and knew killing him wasn't worth it. Stony grabbed Dr. Hyman's jacket and badge and put it on and escorted Annalisse to the OR where Bianca was in. They walked inside the room and seen her dead body. Annalisse broke down in tears again and felt her cold body. She couldn't have been dead for more than three hours. She talked to a dead Bianca and said she wished she would have protected her. She loved her so much and swore that she would make Lydia pay for what she did. Annalisse wanted to kill her for shooting Bianca and "make an example" of Dr. Hyman. A security guard walked past the lobby and seen Dr. Hyman on the floor and immediately called it in and asked for the hospital to be locked down. A few of the surgeons had seen Hyman on the floor unconscious. One of them checked for a pulse and couldn't find a thing. Dr. Hyman was dead. Annalisse had beaten him to death. The hospital was on lockdown and Stony told Annalisse they had to go. Annalisse said her final goodbye to Bianca and kissed her on her forehead and cried "I love you" and left the OR. Stony took off Hyman's jacket and threw his badge in the trash can and made their escape out the back entrance where no one could see them. Two security guards seen Hyman's jacket and his badge in the trash and by the time they could find Stony and Annalisse, they were gone, with Smooth in the backseat as he had left the lobby after witnessing Annalisse beating Dr. Hyman to death. Annalisse didn't know she killed him but because of her rage, she took out everything on him and wasn't sorry that she did what she had to do. If the detectives found out about this, Annalisse would be charged but wasn't worried about the police, neither was Stony. Stony was still planning to leave for Miami and asked Annalisse to come with her. They were all they had left. Stony had already lost her brother Stevie, Frankie, Cleo and TT and now Bianca. She didn't want to lose Annalisse and Miami would be a fresh start for the both of them. Annalisse would love to go with her. Smooth wanted to go too but needed to take care of unfinished business with Trey. Stony said he was more than welcome to come. Annalisse leaned forward and kissed Stony. Stony looked at her surprised and wasn't expecting that. Annalisse was vulnerable and now that Bianca was gone, she had no one but Stony reassured her that she was here and wasn't gonna leave her side. Annalisse kissed her again and Stony kissed back. Smooth was in the back hooting and hollering and cheering them on. He had a feeling Annalisse was a lesbian which would explain her relationship with Bianca. They weren't just cousins, they were also lovers and Stony knew it too. While the two were exchanging glances and lip lock, Trey was parked curbside with Lydia in the shotgun seat seeing Annalisse and Stony embracing each other. Trey seen Smooth in the backseat and was about to make his move but Lydia told him that they wait it out and get him alone so there wouldn't be any witnesses. Smooth was going to get what was coming to him. What Trey didn't realize is that he was gonna get what was coming to him too and Lydia. They didn't know it yet but their time was coming. Sooner or later.
